Nak tau proses kelulusan bagi refinancing rumah ambk tempoh bape lama  ? bila dah lulus bape lama duit dari refinancing tu kita dapat ? tq

yg ni rase tak lama, dalam seminggu hari bekerja dah boleh tau...

bila dah lulus bape lama duit dari refinancing tu kita dapat ?
tak pernah lagi buat refrinancing tapi rasanya tak selama kalau kita beli rumah..maybe org lain boleh tambah.

td g bank nk apply loan,dia suggest conventional..rasa bsalah pun ada..tapi tgk monthly payment tu amatla berbaloi trus xtanya islamic nye.

aku just nak cite skit...
aku baru antar document utk refinance umah kat cimb..
dapat rate blr- 1.85  utk loan above 100k
zero movement cost ( means bank tanggung semua perbelanjjan utk refinance)
proses utk dapat dapat duit cecah 3 bulan..

sblm nie guna bank rakyat 7.9..
dan yg menarik...
aku leh dpt cash dlm 30k dan monthly lg kurang dr yg aku bayar sekarang..
dan lg satu compare ngan bank rakyat... aku leh bayar instalment dan bayar prinsipal serentak..
bank rakyat x boleh...
instalment fix dan prinsipal ikut la berapa yg kita mampu walaupun 100/month..
means aku leh abis cepat dr yg sepatutnya..
aku nyer target lak... 30k tu nak simpan dlm asb@kpf dan dividennyer utk bayar prinsipal

ada sapa2 yg leh advise kot2 ada bank lain yg offer lg cantik x?

ku mmg ada ati nk refinance loan umah, tp nk tanya ok ke dgn keadaan ekonomi global la nie.la ni ku kena intrs 7.75 mmb islamic pergh klu bandingkan dgn current offer jauh beza nya.so apa pendapat u all yg arif lg bijaksana

kalau buat kira2 mudah...
loan 100k

7.75% = rm7750 setahun
3.5%  = rm2500 setahun ( BLR - 2 )

beza interest saja dah rm5000 ++

ada kwn aku yg begitu loyal dgn bank continue byr 7.5% fixed rate sejak 10 thn lepas.  patut la bank sayang sgt kat dia. hi hi...

kalau loan gov, nak refinance kat bank ok ke ek? keadaan ni (blr rendah ) kalau tetiba blr dah tinggi pastu kite kena bayar mhal gak ke atau ikut blr masa kite buat loan tu.

-saya buat loan gov 120k, campur itu ini jadi 123k, baru byr dlm 2 tahun, baki loan tu ada 118k lagik, boleh ke nak buat refinance?
