kalau uols pening nak kira kalori. terutamanya makanan malaysia yang banyak bahan dan berat yang berbeza

uols search dekat google "kkm kalori". klik link "bank kalori makanan. pdf" dari jabatan kesihatan negeri selangor

dekat situ ada banyak jenis makanan. siap tulis sukatan (mangkuk/pinggan) dengan jumlah kalori

Saya kalau nk turun berat badan cepat, just makan je makanan macam menu berpantang dengan air kosong. Seminggu boleh turun 5-6kg tanpa exercise.

I tak mampu sbb i suka makan

Iolss harini ngam 14hari bual if 14:10. Turun 1.5kg. Rasa lambat sebab time eating window ku bantai makan back naga.
