Just imagine it this way, you nak buat satu wedding ceremony. Ya' jemput 1000 jemputan dengan bayaran RM10 satu kepala yang akan ya' bayar kepada pihak hotel. So, ya' print out 1000 kupon yang tertulis RM10 dan hantarkan kepada 1000 jemputan.
Pada ya' punya wedding day, pihak hotel sediakan makanan berjumlah RM10,000 dan ada 1000 tetamu yang dijemput dan 1000 tetamu yang tak dijemput hadir. So, ya' tak nak kecikkan hati sesiapa, jadi ya' cetak lagi 1000 kupon dan berikan kepada 1000 tetamu yang tak diundang.
At the end of the day, ya' solve the problem. Ya' bayar RM 10,000 pada pihak hotel dan semua tetamu dapat makan.
But, there is something that happens with unnotice, sepatutnya setiap 1 kupon boleh purchase makanan yang bernilai RM10 tetapi setelah diprint out lebihan 1000 setiap 1 kupon sekarang hanya boleh purchase makanan yang bernilai RM5. |

Everytime, the US print out money the price of gold rocketed.

Jom jual share2 equity ... pegi beli bond ...
aku tgk kat Public mutual unit trust ... semua share equity start merudum ...dan tak tau berapa byk lagi harga dia akan jatuh ...
Bond2 unit trust semua maintain naik harga ....
Maybe semua org start jual equity share dan beli bond2 utk meyelamatkan investment diorang ... sebelum harga jatuh lebih teruk ... |

ok...thank you.. my question is... when this happens, the price of gold rrocketed, but when i was googling for the gold price just now, i stumbled upon this

stating that the price is coming down due to sales to rush cash? is this just temporary? and under what circumstances the price will go up instead of coming down? |

Let's get "FUNDAMENTAL". What are bonds? Bonds are just a piece of paper with an ink printing on it. How does a paper carries an intrinsic value? But gives it an intrinsic value? |

he he he I've read many articles like these from Bloomberg and Yahoo News. My, advise is don't believe everything that ya' read. These are the schools which believe that "Gold creates a bubble". In economy, buble refers to somethin' which is overvalue. For example, cuba tengok contoh the wedding and the coupon....yang create buble is actually the coupon not the food!!
Try to substitutes into the example=replace the food with gold and the coupon in the example with US Dollar.
If ya' track the price of gold, eversince 1971 untill now, gold never goes down in price except in 1991-1992(a reengineered collapse of Soviet Union by Bank of England). From 1971 untill now the US kept printing the dollar, and thats why ya' need more US Dollar to buy the same amount of gold year by year.
If ya' want a much credible views on economy, I suggest ya' go to Peter Schiff (add at face book) instead of Bloomberg Economy News. |

Kalau you beli barang kat ebay, dulu dier trade guner USD, USD weaken skang dier trade gune Pound Sterling plak dah  .
Consider this, 15 years ago....I can buy 2 plate of nasi ayam with RM5 (each RM2.50) but now in KL I need RM 5.50 to buy 1 plate of nasi ayam.
Now, consider this, 15 years ago I kept RM5,000 in an account and after 15 years I can say that I undergo a loss in my wealth due to decrease of purchasing power of the fiat money to almost 100%.

actually.....kite tngk ape jadi time open market isnin...if we get sooting word signal from G& central bank....we will more confident in stocks.....if bad...stock will down....
and u know if stocks down...we buy the bond.... |

jawapan saye.....emas akn naik jike inflation naik...skng kan inflation high kat kebanykn negare kat dunie ni......then bile die test 1000 george soros speculate die buble n then boleh test 1300.......n then...inflation terus meningkat....sampai skng dah speculate gold da jadi safe haven asset....yng tu boleh buat gold melonjak lg.... |
