bukan masalah kaya uols abah aku dari awal 20an merangkak taw keje kastam jadi bawahan smpai skrg dah umo 50 baru la naik pgkat 2 bintang lpas puluh2 tahun keje barulah senang sikit ..lagi pon org kerja kerajaan senang nak wat pjaman umah...entah2 porumer kat sini yg keje gov dah beli rumah dah pon mude2 lagi...beli rumah untung...kakak aku ade jugak sapot2 bayar since dia kerja pramugari mas gn abg aku kerja pramugara cathay pacific...tapi cni kekadang aku takot stay sorg while abg kkak aku fly...taman melati ni pon dah bhye skrg gn bebudak motor gn negro..klau bpk aku ni kaya sgt dah lme aku g kolej pkai kete tapi aku cmne ade kete...nek lrt je...lesen x sempat buat lg nak sesah kete abg akak akuu...

ya, almost...tapi yg paling mahal setakat ni masih ialah KL...Johor dah take over pricing di penang dah.

ya...lama dah tak turun KL sekarang ni...dulu sangat kerap bypass ipoh...ipoh property price naik mendadak juga...

yes, naik mendadak, ekoran banyak business area dah dibukak, ni nak buka AEON ke-3 di ipoh iaitu AEON Klebang, selepas kinta city dan aeon station 18.

tapi if u pandai cari rumah, u akan dpat rumah dan harga yg betul2 memuaskan hati u, walaupun 10km dari pusat bandaraya, it will be not a problem, coz jalan2 kat ipoh lebar dan luas, jammed pun sekejap sahaja...melainkan kalau ada accident atau traffic light rosak...

my parents bought a semi-d house 4 bilik tidur dan 2 bilik air, saiz tanah 35m x 85m, for just RM 160 K, now the value already up to more than 300K... really a good investment, rumah pun dah nak habis bayar

i will not invest in ipoh...bukan tempat yg saya idamkan sgt..also, tanah di ipoh masih luas sgt...my houses now already sufficient for me

pv sume tu brapa sq feet luas nya??
mak aku klu sq feet x smpai 1000 dia dah geleng2 kpala...sbb dia buat rumah kt tnh abh aku kt kg bru 250k je almost 2k sq feet
