skrg dah ragu2 nak beli cream cheese...psl bru2 ni kecos psl kandungan dlm cheese ada bhan called 'rennet'...

so skrg pe brand yg akak2 porumer pakai ek...

gelatin sayuran n  krim segar pe dia???...pe brand slalu pakai?

teruja ngan kek dari blog En Mat Gebu kakliza pun mulakan projek..
tpi bila dah siap..nampak macam banyak pula..
so akhirnya kkliza bawa kesurau untuk ditest uji makan oleh kawan2 disana..
alhamdulillah..beres...

tapi kakliza ada buat pindaan sedikit pada topping tu according to my taste la...
n kakliza just copy n paste je resepi dari blog En Mat Gebu yg rajin tu...

untungla sapa jadi isterinyaaaa... bertuah badan oooooiiii...







CHOC-ORANGE CHEESECAKE

Bahan-Bahannya
130 g mentega
130 g cream cheese
170 g gula perang (brown sugar)
2 camca besar madu
4 biji telur gred A
260 g tepung gandum*
30 g cocoa powder*
1/2 camca teh baking powder*
1/2 camca teh soda bicarbonate*(*disatukan dan diayak)
1 biji oren, parut kulit dan perah jusnya
60 g kacang walnut, cincang sederhana halus [kakliza gunakan badam cincang]

Cara
1. Pukulkan cream cheese, mentega dan gula perang hingga putih/kembang.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus memutar hingga kembang (masa ni adunan seakan2 berminyak),
3. Masukkan tepung berselang seli dengan jus oren, kemudian diikuti dengan parutan kulit oren. Gaul rata.
4. Masukkan cincangan badan dan gaul rata.
5. Tuang adunan dalam tin berukuran (10 x 10 x 3) inci yang telah disapu dengan mentega dan alas dasarnya dengan kertas.
6. Bakar 30 - 35 minit pada suhu 175'C yg telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu selama 10 minit.
7. Sejukkan.

Bahan Topping
250 g cream cheese
60 g butter
60 g gula aising, diayak
150 ml yogurt perisa buahan

Cara
1. Pukul bahan2 untuk topping pada kelajuan sederhana hingga putih.
2. Sapu atas kek tadi dan ratakan.
3. Potong dan hias ikut kreativiti masing2 sebelum dihidangkan.

1st try..

kita buat lemon curd baked cheesecake..
resepi asas guna  best ever cheesecake yg salu waterlily guna tuh..tapi termiss taruk whipped cream...sabo je la..sib baik la tak effect rupa n rasa sangat...pastu kita spread lemon curd [beli kat BWY] atas dia....

ni first try tauuu....
i'll definitely akan cuba banyak-banyak kali lagi in the future
[kek nih utk catering...kita siap beli japanese cotton cheesecake utk standby incase kek nih fail...frankly..buat sendiri mmg berkali2 ganda lebih sedap ..rugi lah sapa yg takmo cuba resepi2 ciskek yg best kat sini ]

Simple tapi menawan. Nanti I ingat nak buatlah. Hari Rabu nanti ada tetamu dari Msia nak dtg ber tea kat rumah. Kalau rajin lah. Kalau malas hidang biskut arnott kering dan kopi O je.

1st try meeza buat cotton japanese cheese cake, p letak self rising flour. Masa bakar membukit naik, kuo jer dr oven, terus kecut, tapi tak patah semangat pasal kecut2 pun sedap. Anak meza yang last tuh suka sangat.

Last week meza buat lagi for husben's bday. Alhamdulillah menjadi n sangat gebu. Cause kali nih guna superfine flour. Then meza tgk so plain, spread kan dgn bluebrry topping. Bila rasa, lebih kurang pulak ngan blueberry cheese cake k.azah.

Anyway, sedap sgt cause tak bapa manis. Gambo lum sempat upload lagi ... next time ya ...
