Pagi tadi timbang berat turun dari 67.2 ke 66.6 kg... Biar betul!!!! Rasa tak yakin pulak dgn penimb ...

me pun tgh berusaha menurunkan berat bdn..
malu nk join sbb berat rasa terlebih2 lak...tk memadan dgn tinggi ..sejak bersalin 2010, lelelamks kat perut degil sgt

    Sy cadangkan, lain kali bila kerja OT lagi, bird bawa la jajan yg rendah kalori... Sebaiknya yg dimasak sendiri... Cthnya buah, susu, fruit salad atau ayam bakar... Bila lapar ngap jer... Perut kita ni bila masuk makanan jer walaupun hanya sayur, terus otak tu berenti fikir pasal nasi atau apa2 makanan lain... Heheheh

    kalo malu sesat jalan yer...
me seminggu lepas berlari atas treadmill ..wat eksesais lain2 jugak , makan pon kontrol,
tp weight tk turun pun...ermmm....mmg rasa give up bila  tgk scale yg kdg2 naik...kdg2 turun bbrp gram jer...tensen...
