2 cups biskut yang dihancurkan.
4 sudu besar butter (melted)
2 sudu besar gula

Mix semua bahan. Tekan at the bottom of springfoam atau acuan kek bagi rata dan padat. Letak dalam freezer 10 minit. Tuang cake macam biasa.

Boleh, apa2 bekas pun boleh. Springfoam tu untuk presentation je (kalau nak cake lawa). Kalau tak dak springform boleh guna 'aluminium foil'. Letak dalam bekas kek, make sure lebihkan dua tiga inci ke permukaan acuan (untuk senang transfer), ratakan permukaan aluminium. Buat cheesecake macam biasa.

Lepas bake, slowly angkat aluminium foil dan transfer kek. perlahan loosekan aluminium foil. Potong nicely around bottom of the cake.

mesti cukup butter..... test kalau kita press dengan jari dan masih berkecai means belum cukup butter...... dan press kuat sikit, boleh juga simpan dalam fridge sebentar sebelum menuang fillingsnya......
