teringat aku last year, dia nya album showcase. dia nyanyi lagu rancak, the dancers angkat kaki kat muka dia, aisey, rasanya nampak lah segala yang tak patut dinampakkan. dia selamba jerr. mak dia ade kat audience plak tu.

About his new Malay song 'Sombong'
"The song is actually about society, people living their lives. 'Sombong' means 'arrogant'. It's like, when you're at your workplace, or kids are in school, there're always people trying to pick on you, belittle you, trying to say bad things about you. It's an angry and uplifting song. It's about forgetting these people, to heck with them. They're not gonna bring you down. The song was inspired ever since I was in school. I was the quiet type and knew I had to study to get good grades... it's not gonna affect me if people make fun of me. There are always people in school who think they're better."
About his girlfriend
He doesn't have one. "No I don't, no."
About taking the time to answer all his fans' questions on his official website
"I feel that it's very important that you keep a connection with the fans. I'll send blog entries to them whenever I can, just to keep that connection with them. You try not to have any barriers with the fans, but no matter what, there's always that certain barrier. I enjoy answering questions, telling them what's been happening, asking them to vote for me, haha!"
About taking care of his health
"I'm trying to be a healthier person. I love fast food, but I try to do that in moderation now. I've been trying to do a lot of sports and keep healthy and stuff, I actually feel strongly about being healthy nowadays. Everything needs balance. I'm not a health freak. It's better to take the necessary precautions now than when you realize itâ?™s too late."
About being a role model for those to quit smoking
"I'm quite proud of that actually. Through this campaign, we actually got quite a number of people to quit smoking, who actually testified that they quit smoking after seeing the commercial I was in. (It does not matter) whether they are my fans or not... (just so) whatever works and gets them to quit! I know it's not easy to quit smoking."
About staying in touch with the Idol alumni from the first season
"Everybody's just doing their thing and is busy and stuff. I'd meet Olinda and Sly time to time. But sometimes our schedules clash. They have their things to do and I have my things to do. We try."
About his involvement with SI2
"As much as the producers want me to, I'll be glad to share my experiences. I didn't have someone to tell me what to do and what not to do during the first round of the competition. As much as I can help them out, I'll be glad to."
