resepi dh ada..buat lah bkn susah pun ..resepi kak liza nih zira buat

PUDING ROTI

Bahan:
A:
500 ml susu segar/fresh milk
8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5)

B:
4 sudu besar gula halus
2 sudu besar butter
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar tepung jagung

C:
2 sudu besar kismis hitam

Sos Kastad
1 tin susu cair
2 s/b tepungkastad
2 s/b gula

CARA:
1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B.
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang.
4. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak.
5. Gaulkan bahan sos kastad dan masakkan diatas api yg sederhana sebentar.
6. Tuangkan sos diatas puding semasa menghidang.

NOTA:
Sos Kastad boleh juga di gantikan dgn ais kerim coklat/vanilla dan sebagainya..
ataupun cream coklat.

alahai sedapnya agar-agar ni kak zira.....dah la potongannya menarik...

kak ashra, sy memula bakar guna api bawah dulu.....kemudian dekat 20 minit terakhir tukar kepada api atas bawah.....puding ni garing skit lagi best....ikut taste masing2 la....

puding roti kak liza aritu sy bakar 1 jam huhu nasib baik tak ada effect apa2....

kak zira ...nak tanya skit..
saya penah buat agar2 santan nih pakai resipi akak..campak jer sumer..
tapi dah jadi mcm yg kak kacip tepek gamab tuh...

cam ner nak buat dia jadi 2 layers ek?

rasa bleh tahan..tapi hubby kata "napa tak mcm my mom buat/(2 layer) 7 nape raser nyer pelik(coz i pakai esen pandan...)..hu..hu..sedihnya...

last2 bawa pi opis...hmm...abih

I buat choc mousse dan bubur pulut hitam entah berapa hari yg lepas. My anak suka makan bubur pulut hitam ni. Yg choc mousse tu sapah pun tak minat.

Ujung minggu ni leh buat ler.... hang tak balik kampung kan...dari hang dok layan tido baik hang buat, dapat kengkawan merasa...kalau dapat rasalah... . Akaq pun leh belajaq dr hang nnt....
