lemon cupcakes mau ke? nama dia lemon crunch.... hari tu buat my friends suka...... deco dia cuma lemon juice dan gula kasar...... very simple recipe.......

tak jumpa thread cupcakes...... thread lama dah tutup.....

ini resipinya
dari buku:  Cupcakes by Sue McMahon

Lemon crunch
12 biji cupcakes saiz biasa

Untuk cupcakes:
125g butter, softened
125g gula kaster
125g tepung naik sendiri
2 biji telur, saiz sederhana
2 sudu makan susu
1 biji kulit lemon, parut halus

Untuk topping:
3 - 4 sudu makan gula kasar
jus dari 1 biji lemon

Cara:

1.  Panaskan oven 190C.
2.  Cupcakes:  Pukul butter dan gula hingga ringan dan kembang.  Masukkan tepung, telur, susu dan parutan kulit lemon hingga adunan tergaul rata.
3.  Bakar 12 ke 15 minit atau hingga naik dan tengahnya just firm.  Keluarkan dari oven, simpan di wire rack.
4.  Taburkan gula di atas cupcakes dengan segera dan sudukan jus lemon tadi dan biarkan hingga sejuk.

Nak cadangkan buka thread Organic Foods... Dah try search tapi takde lg dlm thread, takut plak kalau rimbun yg tak jumpa kan.... just to share kalau sesapa yg ada info pasal organic food niii mcm nak tau ketulinan organic food that the supplier claimed, list of organic food supplier yg ada kat malaysia n macamana nak dapatkan organic food niii. so far rimbun ada lah cuba product Azzain untuk ayam n daging, mmg sedap dr ayam biaser yg jual kat pasar, tapi kalau nak dapatkan organic vege mmg susah, sbb tak tau suppliernyer, normally kalau kat hypermarket tuuu vege tertentu je yg ada mcm tomato n salad jer. lain2 tak de ke eks?
sorry ler.. panjang lebar plak explaination rimbun...

Not like whipped cream yg biasa pada kek..

sotong mentah ke?  jadi kecik kalau overcooked.......

yang mentah....... masak tanpa minyak atau air dulu.....simpan potongan sotong yang dibersihkan dalam periuk sampai airnya keluar dan warnanya berubah sikit.....jangan masak lama nanti liat...... keluarkan dari kuali, ketepikan.......

tumis bahan tumisan hingga pecah minyak dan masukkan sotong tadi....masak sebentar......

apa maksud overcooked tu? so berapa lama masa yg tepat2? sebab kalu wat sotong kuah hitam tu..kalu overcooked..sotong mesti jadi lembik....

ni cara resepi dia..
-tumiskan bawang putih,bawang merah dan sos cili...
-masukkan bwg.besar,air asam jawa,garam dan gula..gaul...
-masukkan sotong yg telah direbus tadi,kacau rata dan angkat..

so last step tu..berapa lama nak gaul2 sotong tu?
