..yg ni lak tat nenas juga mlm tadi punya projek....sib baik tak byk...byk masa terbuang kat sini aje...padan muka aku...



Tat Nenas
Source : Baya

Ingredients :
226g butter, at room temperature
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons (heap) cornflour
2 1/2 tablespoons (heap) custard powder
1 tablespoon milk powder
2 1/2 cups flour

Topping :
1 egg yolk
a few drops of yellow coloring

Filling :
I used the ready made pineapple jam

Method :
1. Cream butter, egg yolk, vanilla essence and sugar. I didn't use my mixer.
2. Add cornflour.
3. Add custard powder.
4. Add milk powder.
5. Finally add enough flour until a soft dough is formed.
6. Place a bit of dough into the cookie press mould. Pipe out the dough about 2 inches length.
7. Place the filling on top and roll. Arrange on the baking tray.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for 20 - 25 minutes

huhuhu..best nyer tgk korang buat shortbread..saya pulak punyalah semangat nak buat kuih nie..barang2 semua dah beli..tapi semalam pg bake with yen puchong alat nak buat shortbread nie dah habis jual...arghhhh..sedihnyer ...bekas 10*10 pun dah habis...ader tak sesaper tahu kat mana lagi nak carik acuan utk biskut nie....kempunan nak merasa kuih nie..nampak sedap ajerk dalam gambar..

iskk...tak lemau ke nanti popia tu sebab serbuk horlick ngan nesatum tu nanti kan ble melembapkan dia...baru2 mmgla tak lemau...bis kalau simpan 2- 3 minggu tak lemau ke?

xdela.... ok jer. jangan la salut popia tu masa dia tgh berminyak. sejatkan minyak guna kitchen towel tu. dah sejuk dan xde minyak baru salut horlicks n nestum. horlicks n nestum tu kan serbuk kering. sebulan lebih pun tahan. tahun lepas n tahun sebelumnya resepi tu paling popular kat sini tau

sbb u nak yg sedap jadi tak berani le kasi sbb tekak lain2....nanti maklang kata sedap, tekak u kata tak sedap lak..... irish pun guna nestum....cchip rangup kakliza juga guna nestum....kat archive pun ada resepi biskut nestum rangup....cubalah ....nanti mesti tau mana satu sedap ke tak...

n yan ade resepi dlm lam BI la...
adunan die ade pakai dark brown sugar..mksudnyer gula ape yer..??

mklang guna choc. yg bakeri jual tu...tu sbb mklang kata kualiti coklat tu sendiri juga main peranan utk dpt hasil yg coklat yg cantik.......bukan resepi maklang tu...kang ada lak yg marah....mklang try n error je...

brown sugar dan gula merah lain sayang...brown sugar atau gula tebu, mcm gula halus tapi kalernya agak keperangan skit...cari je kat bakeri ada jual..takpun kat smarket berdekatan...

cuba carik kat bagus shah alam. kedai dia kat seksyen 13, selang 2-3 kedai dari kedai makan zul yahya tu. slalu pegi situ tgk ada byk loyang sbread tu, dari yang beso sampai la yg paling kecik. tp xtau la pulak kalo dekat2 raya ni ramai yang beli loyang sbread sampai abis.

sy xbeli pun loyang tu, sbb oven kecik sangat. loyang paling kecik pun xmuat sy guna loyang pembakar tu je. lapik ngan kertas minyak, kertas tu biar beso dari loyang, senang nanti nak tanda garisan n tarik kuar sbread tu bila dah siap. sblm masuk oven jd engineer jap ukur2 pehtu potong ikut garisan, masuk dlm oven. kuarkan, pehtu masa dia tgh panas n lembut lagi tu potong lagi ikut garisan tu. so sbread tu xla pecah. dah sejuk baru tuang coklat n lorek2. pehtu potong ikut garisan yg dah ditanda tu. kalau buat betul2 mesti ok

Salam.. baru2 ni saya ada makan cookies yg letak kacg hijau. Rasanya ada manis masin sikit. Rupanya macam biskut Arab tp warna hijau sedap lah. Sapa kat sini yg baik hati ada resepi ni?
