cheesecake tak boleh cucuk la.... nanti merekah......... to test shake gently....kek tu firm keseluruhannnya but tengahnya ada slight jiggle, still wobbly.......

nak tanya skit lerr kengkawan kat sini.. smlm g cari biskut McVitties (betul ke idok ejaan nyer nii) untuk wat based cheese cake. bila di tgk2 ianya imported n takde tanda halal pon.... so nak tanya kengkawan skit, selain dr McVitties niii bole tak substitute ngan biskut lain (selain oreo)

sure boleh..... but I would prefer kalau biskut tu seakan-akan sama; like manis dengan manis, tawar dengan tawar sebab maybe resipi tu sudah disetkan basenya manis atau sebaliknya.......

mintak bantuan.. tak sure kalo ada forumners ada tanya dah soalan nih.. tak sempat nak selak2 page belakang.. hazreen nak ngetest buat chilled cheesecake. ni first time nih. slalu buat yg dalam pinggan pie tu jek..
hazreen nak guna loyang, tapi tak nampak camne cara nak kuarkan dari loyang tu.. kat umah ada loyang yg bawah bleh kuar. nonstick.. tapi sbb cheesecake cam tak bape nak nampak camne teknik tak bagi dia melekat. kalo cake yg masuk oven, kompom la bleh tanggal kan.. pastu bawah tu cane nak transfer dai loyang tu ke tempat lain ya..  ada sesape otai kat sini bleh ajar.. maceh..

sue nak tanya pada sifu2 kat sini...
semalam sue bake cheesecake
dah masak elok dah...
pehtu sue tinggalkan kat dalam oven dengan pintu sedikit terbuka
then pagi tadi sue tengok kek tue tetiba merekah plak
masa masak tu tak merekah pon...
leh dak sapa2 bgtau pasaipa jadi camtu?

choc g klas mas delight mgg sudah...samer jer teknik yg dia pakai...letak kertas minyak....biler dah sejuk (selepas beberapa jam) dia guna pusau pelepa atau spatula tuh masuk tepi kek tuh n pusing keliling kek..pastu dia tbalik kan...kuar jer kek tu.....mgkn org lain leh tunjuk cara lain plak

Merekah sebab bila sejuk, the cheesecake mengecut. Next time, keluarkan dan lalukan pisau keliling acuan to loose the cheesecake dari acuan. Bila tepi cheesecake still melekat pada acuan, tu menyebabkan dia merekah ...hope this help.

merekah tu biasanya sama ada overbaked atau pukul cheese terlalu lama sampai terlalu kembang.

b4 ni dah penah buat soft cotton cheese cake, tapi tak letak ape2 kat atas..kosong jer..
