Ada orang bgtau i... scammer forum tu dah bgtau merata dia dah bayar hutang i yang 20k tu... sbb tu i kurang meroyan dlm forum...
Ayoo nyaaahh.. aiols kurang meroyan sbb malas nak ulang ratib benda sama... sheols masih sama sangkak ya... tak bayar pun hutang tersebut... nak masuk 7 tahun dah noks hutang tidak berbayar...

Ada kawan2 aiols tengah mengeluh sbb rumah2 sewa diorang bleeding teruk.... so at the age of 40s, they cant afford to lose the job...
Amek 1 contoh property yg bleeding.. she bought the condo 1 bedroom for 780k kat premium area... tp baru je this year, jiran sebelah dia letgo rumah tu for the price of 330k... ada kat floor lain yang 200k++ pun ade...
Dia bayar rumah tu 3500++ per month, tp sewa nak lekat 1600 pun payah... bil letrik commercial rate.. |
