hotel81 yg I tau harga dia sgt berpatutan(from S$59 per night onwards), basic amenities covered, clean and convenient tapi I would suggest if you decide to take Hotel81 pick either one of these outlet.
A. Hotel81 Beencoolen.
Dekat ngan Orchard,Serangoon Road, Sg Road, Sim Lim & also ngan Bugis.
Appx 8-10 mins walk to MRT Dhoby Ghout.
B. Hotel Chinatown
Dekat LRT Chinatown and dkt ngan area nak beli souvenoir kat sebelah Chinatown LRT tu.. (something like Petaling Street). Also dekat ngan people's park where byk barang u leh reccee. And it is abt 1 or 2 LRT station away from Boat Quay & Clark Quay. Great place for someone yg minat photography taking. Also, dekat gak ngan Peninsula Plaza & The Esplanate (bangunan yg cam durian tu.. hehehe) Peninsula ni tempat nak beli leather goods, kasut sports and jeans.. Kumpulan Search, Wings & others rockers band dulu & sekarang suka tul gi Peninsula beli pakaian dan kasut2 dorang.. especially kedai SpitFire.. hehehee.. (hmmm.....entah ada ke tak si Tedung owner kedai tu eh... hmmmmmm)
C. Hotel81 CLassic
Ni situated betul2 kat Junction Geylang Serai. berdepan ngan Joo Chiat Complex.
hmmm... nothing much la kalau hari2 biasa kalau takde perayaan.. tapi I would suggest u pick this last kerana...
dlm tahun depan, geylang serai akan menjalani major construction.. sooo takut sepi laks tempat tu dan not forgetting bising bunyi construction.
Cawangan lain hotel 81 I tak galakkan kerana ni tempat yg tak berapa convenient and are mainly used for "short term escapades for lovers" (if you know what I mean :cak |

A good choice if you've decided on Hotel 81 Bencoolen.
Reason being, museum pun dekat jer.
you can walk to Orchard but to Bugis it is advisable for you to take the MRT (Bugis is 2 stations away)

Saya pernah tinggal kat sini, hotel dia selesa gak, tv, tub shower, depan ada 7 evelen, sebelah 7 eleven tu
ada rest, taklah masuk tapi ada signboard tulis fish and chip take away 2.50 dollar aje, murah!

dekat dgn shopping mall, dan best kalau jalan kaki sekitar kawasan tu... |

korang imagine aku beli S$112 tuk 2 seluar tenagers, 3 kemeja dewasa, 2 polo-t, 2 t-shirt, 2 bath towels semua jenama hush puppies ni.. kalau kat shopping mall.. mau S$200+ hehehe
then kat Converse warehouse sale.... beli 6 pairs socks, 1 pair shoes, 1 track pants = S$80 jer
sib baik aku tak jadi nak singgah kat G2000 warehouse sale kat McPherson ... dari jauh tgk shirt dorang S$10 to S$20 jer.. arrrghhhhhhhhhh... sakit jiwa aku.... |

mrcom ada call HOTEL 81 - BENCOOLEN... tanyalah roon rate... mrcom check website $99 tapi kalau 31/12/05. room rate nya jadi double... lepas tu mrcom try lah call copthorne orchid hotel... dia boleh bagi room rate for 1 room 2 person $140net... aik... hotel canggih boleh murah pulak... camno nie... ada sapa sapa boleh verify kan tak... mrcom tekanannn... |

Copthorne Orchid Hotel ni.. terletak appx 10 minutes bus ride to Orchard Road.. tapi tak byk kemudahan seperti MRT dekat2 dia..

baik cepat.... takut kang lambat dah tak de bilik laks
