CREAMY MUSHROOM/CHICKEN/CORN & TOMATO SOUP

ok sperti dijanjikan honey....ni aku paste resipi mushroom soup yg simple je....dari minami from myresipi.....

dah banyak kali cuba buat......layan


MUSHROOM SOUP

Bahan-bahan ( 6 org )

    * 1 keping dada ayam
    * 1500 ml air
    * 500 ml susu segar(susu kotak)
    * 1 ketul kiub ayam
    * 1 tin kecil cendawan butang(dihiris kecil2)
    * garam
    * secubit ajinomoto
    * 1 cawan tepung gandum

Cara-cara

   1. potong ayam kecil2. masukkan ayam dan air ke dalam periuk. rebus sehingga masak.
   2. masukkan susu dan kiub ayam. masak guna api yang perlahan. masukkan mushroom.
   3. masukkan bancuhan tepung dan kacau sehingga pekat. tambah perisa, garam dan ajinomoto.Siap utk dihidang. sedap dimakan dgn roti.

NOTE:
kalau nak tambah sedap campur sedikit lada sulah

kalau instant, ku tak suka beli yang campbell dalam tin tu

biasanya beli yang dalam peket brand knorr takpon maggi

blom sampai sru lagi nak buat sendiri homemada mushroom soup

2 tablespoons plain flour
1 litre hot chicken stock
1 bay leaf

namanya Kantarelli , warnanya kuning emas .

dibuat sos dan dimakan dgn ayam panggang, daging. x sesuai dimakan dgn ikan.

cara masak sos cendawan :

*bawang potong dadu di goreng dgn butter hingga naik bau,warna  kuning2
( sedikit je gn butter )

* then masukkan cendawan yg dh potong kecil2, goreng kejap je sampe nampak layu

* then taruk sikit tepung gandum dlm 2 sudu besar,gaul2kan kejap

* taruk dlm secawan air, rebus sikit, taruk garam,black pepper,white pepper

* akhir skali taruk cream masakan,kacau2 2 minit, siapp......

tapi bila blend dulu cendawan tu susah nak 'garing' kalau dlm bentuk paste
blend pun tak sampai betul2 smooth..kene biar ade chunks sket2 baru sodap

i mean coursely blend...takde la tahap jadi mcm paste...biar dia jadi halus2 gitu...biasa makan mushroom soup kat restaurant mgm dia halus2 gitu kan?
ikut recipe yg haku tepek tu pun dia blend dolu sebelum masak...

oooh...kalau finely chopped or coursely blend without air shud be ok lah

errr restaurant n even hotel pun byk yg guna knorr punya mushroom soup powder..tambah cendawan cincang sket jek dgn herb n alter sket2 nak bagi nampa homemade [chef2 hotel gak yg ceta nihhh]

maybe hotal murah2 dan utk buffet jer kots??
kalau ala carte i don't think proper restaurant guna soup segera....
korang dok cerita pasal mushroom soup neh mcm nak try buat la pulok...
tapi aku kalau masak kat rumah at most 2 org jer makan...mcm tak berbaloi nak masak...
butter & garlic spread dah hada beli hari tu...
tunggu nak buat soup dan beli roti jerk

ada seklai haku makan mushroom soup kat restaurant apa tah kat klcc,,,yg first floor depan california pizza tuh..tapi that restaurant dah tak wujud dah...very the creamy soup dia dan pekat giler...ala2 letak cream tak campur air  sgt gitu...
mushroom soup kat cafe zang toi pun used to be sedap..but lama dulu lah...skang food quality dia dah banyak kureng,..

ada satu kali tu aku ada course kat melaka....stay kat hotel golden legacy kalau tak silap....order dia punya mushroom soup....mak aiiii, tersangatlah sedap, creamy and fresh dia punya rasa dan mushroom flake tu.....memang paling sedap kat tekak aku lah!

sesapa pernah makan breakfast di swensen?? mushroom soup nye ok...
pic atas ni mcm mushroon soup yg ada kat swensen.. yeah at last ada gak resipi ini..
campbel soup mushroom tu very the lame... heheh

itulah berkat menggunakan photoscape.. ngeh3..
tp cara amek gmbr tu pun penting gak..  

dh start cuti dh ni.. tmbh plak xdak org kt rumah..
tu pasai la start semua projek.
pasai kalori tu, haish, kena jagaaa..
haha. so, pasni kalo nk buat, akk kena distribute(wahh, mcm edarkan kertas exam plak ) kt jirang tetangga lah.
agar sama2 dapat merasa kalori tersebut. kih3

ish, bila tah nk operate oven noxxa tu.

kepada otai2 cendawan... saya ade try masak soup cendawan pakai s.h.i.take mushroom, rase sedap tapi s.h.i.take ade bau le.. agak kuat le jugak.. pertanyaan saya adekah #ake mushroom mmg tak seswai langsung utk buat sup sebab baunye. adekah cendawan jenis lain pon berbau yang sama macam #ake???
