adehhhhhh ... pekasam ek .... adehhhhh

penangannya lagi power dari ikan kering. ada lagi 2 bungkus kat umah tu .. pekasam sepat, lampam ngan talapia.

selalu salut ngan tepung jagung dulu .. tepungnya tak payah bancuh. pastu goreng sampai garing ... selebihnya buat sama cam shida buat. lauk lain tak nampak dah ... nasi panas2 + pekasam goreng .. sudah cukup buat aku tambah nasik. hehehhee

kenko ... hang tengah buyung ek. berapa bulan? lama tak borak ngan ko :-)

part nak dapatkan bekalan pekasam ni ... kalau sesapa dalam family balik taiping .. sure suruh singgah pekan rabu beli pekasam ngan ikan gelama kering. wajib tuh .... sekali beli banyak bungkus boleh tahan berbulan.

kekadang bila balik kampung hubby kat tapah road .. kami gi pasar langkap cari pekasam .. adehlaaaaa .. especially kalau jumpa pekasam ikan tapah. memang sedap .. banyak isi tapi susah nak dapat.
