Saya rasa tu sebab roti tu bocor kot. Then, minyak masuk ke dalam. So, minyak n aiskrim bercampur la..

CNY hari tu pi KT my doter n son nak mkn ais krim goreng kat batu buruk...sbb teringat last trip makan kat situ..senang rupanya buat ni...tq so much..boleh cuba kat umah sbb mudah sgt..

mat boyot is ur son, jelesnya i wish my son pun jd cam dia pandai study+masak+business...suka baca blog dia...hehehe..menghiburkan..resepi pun senang je siap gambar...

konon nak bawak bekal datang opis ni..hehehehehe agak2 sempat bertahan dalam 2 jam lepas goreng??

UPDATE:

Haha tiba tiba tengok post ini ramai datang dari form cari. One of the komen cakap one of the worst recipe sebab banyak minyak / roti banyak serap minyak.

Rasanya tak baca post saya betul-betul ni. Sebelum goreng tu, make sure panaskan minyak tahap maximum, bukan setakat panas je, tapi panas gila. Dan goreng hanya untuk 10 saat sampai perang. Tak sempat serap minyak tuh, instead, dia jadi crunchy.

aku penah makan fried ice cream yang lain sket.
dia buat a big ball of vanilla ice cream. make sure bulatlah kan. golek2 sikit kasik bulat betul2.
pastu golek diorang on bread crumbs.
thats it. besttt gila.
tp aku x surelah plak kalau tu the full recipe. hahaha
