kismis & zazizu,

eh... naper yek dah lama Ame tak wat the carrotcake???? Ahah! sebab the recipe hilang... Tu yg I'm still hunting for a recipe as simple as that one... ingat lagi dulu ada sekali tu Ame tambah pisang emas lecek kat cake tu, sedap gilos!!!!!!!!!!! I got the recipe from this article in the Star circa 1995.... ada saper yg ada a copy??? I can still remember the ingredients... but not the measurement!

i ni bab buat kek n kuih mmg fail.. tapi masa i kat oversea.. my housemate bagi resepi carrot cake n kek pisang yg senang gila2 nak buat... my mum pon terkejut i boleh buat kek tu... pasai apa i boleh buat?.. pasai tak yah nak beat the eggs.. which i really2 hate doing n selalunya kek i mesti tak naik sgt kalau resepi yg cam tu..
jap i cari resepi carrotcake i..

Ari tu pegi lepak kat Kinokuniya KLCC...saje-je mencari resipi kek coklat pisang...lastly dah dapat...tapi tak sempat lagi nak buat coz sekarang ni tempahan kek coklat gue tengah melimpah ruah...kalau sape-sape nak cuba...ambil resipi ni...kalau jadi bagatau, kalau tak jadi pun bagitau...

1 cawan gula kastor + 2 biji telur = pukul hingga kembang
masukkan 2 biji pisang (biasanya pisang emaskan???)
tambah 3/4 cawan air panas
setelah sebati, tambah 2 cawan tepung gandum
1/4 sudu soda, sedikit baking powder
1tsp esen vanila..

Bakar dalam oven...cam biasa tu....

Peach Cheesecake..Murah & Mudah!

Kita rasa nak kongsi resepi ni..Sesiapa yg rajin, bleh la buat..tempoh nak siapkan mixture lebih kurang 1 hour..Hasilnya sure memuaskan hati..InsyaAllah..

Kaedah : stim dalam periuk tingkat(steamer) - (double boil).

1. Alas patty tin dgn aluminium foil.

2. Hancurkan biskut marie (lebih kurang 20 keping). If suka halus, guna rolling pin utk hancurkan.  Campur dgn 150gm butter (satu bar 250gm).  Rasa dah ok, x terlalu lembab n x terlalu kering, tekankan dalam foil sebagai base.

(by now, panaskan air dalam periuk tingkat (steamer))

3. Putar philadelphia cream cheese (2 bars), pastu masukkan gula 1 cawan penuh (if suka lagi manis letak 1 mug pun bole), putar lagi. Pastu masuk 1 sudu vanilla essence. masukkan peach yang dipotong dadu (dalam 2-3 halves). Putar semua sekali.

4. Last sekali, tuang bahan2 tadi dalam base biskut marie n butter tadi.  Tutup dengan lebihan aluminium foil. Stim utk 45minit. (if lets say tgh stim air dalam periuk dah kurang, tambah air panas, jgn guna air sejuk ke air paip ke tau!)

5. After 45mins, biarkan sejuk dulu sket pastu masuk dlm fridge utk at least 2 jam.. lagi lama dlm fridge lami sedap sbb dia lagi padat n lagi sejuk.

TOBLERONE SWIRL CHEESECAKE!

Yg ni lak... Perrgghhh... tak teucap dgn kata2 kesedapannya!

TOBLERONE SWIRL CHEESECAKE
Base:
1 1/2 cwn biskut coklat (kisar halus).
3/4 cwn serbuk Hazelnut.
5 s.b. butter cair.

Gaul semua bhn hingga sebati. Compresskan dlm loyang.

1 s.b. gelatin (larutkan dlm 1/2 cwn air panas).
2 buku Phillidelphia cheese.
1/2 cwn gula halus.

1. Pukul kejap 3 bhn tuh.
2. Masukkan 150 g coklat TOBLERONE cair (guna kaedah double-boiling). Kacau rata.
3. Tuang adunan ke dlm acuan base td.
4. Simpan dlm peti sejuk 2-3 jam.
5. Part nih paling best... MELANTAK!:cak:

Jgn mengada2 nk bakar/kukus kek nih!:no:

memang boleh..
1] gunakan agar2 panjang tu..kerat sikit dan rebus dangan air sampai hancur dn tapiskan....
atau
2] gunakan agar serbuk yg banyak dijual di pasaraya..cuma campurkan air panas dan kacau..
