According to Bernama (below), PAS president reveals plan to introduce Hudud law in Kedah.
This is the message from Dr Syed Azman: “I was at the Dato Sri HadiPC. It was reported by the mainstream media with bad faith. Nothing wassaid about Hudud in Kedah to that extent. Please inform all parties tobe extra alert of the effort to split the opposition.”
We will need to listen to any recording of the PC to know whatexactly had been said and what was distorted. Between the mainstreammedia and Dr Syed Azman whom I know personally, I would prefer to trustthe latter more.
However, the only way to show that PAS is not going to the old way is for PAS to promise local elections in Kedah.
