INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI)

alo.. everybody...
last month i ada buat iui...... sebelum buat iui dr dah explain all about my chance to get convience. I follow everyting as a dr advise like makan ubat subur, ubat ketahanan rahim and everyting. As a result, i berjaya menghasilkan 2 telor yang cukup matang untuk disenyawakan. sblm buat iui dr dah explain that my chance to get pregnent is very high. BUT THE PROBLEM IS I STILL PERIOD!!!
So, dr. i nak tanya kat mana silapnya, sedangkan i dah check tiup fallopian and everything is ok.
Hope dr can help me..

but..why don't you ask your doc?
period berlaku apabila tiada persenyawaan. so may be boleh tanya your obstetrician for further advice.

mamapapa...jangan frust..gue mengalami masalah yang sama dgn u..dah 2X try IUI...first time tu memang gue mengaku...lasak sikit...lepas je IUI, terus je driving...2nd time tu memang manjakan diri...tapi still tak berjaya...so, sekarang ni...gue nak rehatkan minda dan diri dulu...cari kekuatan...dan semangat...then baru try lagi...jangan kecewa...itu semua dugaan...Wish you luck!!

I setakat ni dah buat IUI 3 kali, 2 kali kat LPPKN and 1 time kat HUKM. Kat lppkn, u hanya hanya bayar kos ubat sahaja, so from 1st day period until IUI day, I kena bayar tak sampai RM200, IUI itself , Rm100 je. Tapi masa kat HUKM, i pergi 'Private Wing', so kena charge lebih lah..IUI shj dlm RM500. I dah ada anak sorang, dah std 2 . Has been trying since my daug. tu 3 yrs old, tapi sampai skrg tak de rezki lagi. I even dah pegi try tabib cina(kat Bukit bintang), urut segala mak bidan...tapi masih tak de positive result..

Eh..mahalnya sampai RM500.00..gue buat kat private sepital pun dalam RM350.00 je..tapi dup-dap-dup-dap dari 1st day until IUI tu abisle jugak dalam RM750.00..anyway..tabib cina kat Bukit bintang kat mana? I ada mencuba ubat cina..apa nama hah...tak ingat dah nama ubat tu..

Alah..kalau you pegi bukit bintang, dia betul betul dekat ngan panggung wayang lama tu, dah tutup dah panggung tu.. kalau tak silap pusat perubatan akupuntur , tapi nama exact nye dah tak ingat ler..nama doktornye Kamal Kuek, dia mualaf.. dia tak fasih cakap BM, & customer nye kebanyakan mmg chinese pun..Ubatnye pil pil herbs & teh herbs..pengsan jugak nak menelannye..sekali pergi RM60-70 jugak. Ada afew friends yg pergi tu menjadi, tapi bila I pergi tak okey pulak..
My husband mcm dah malas aje nak pegi jumpa doktor lagi..

Nonakl : Ronnie pun dengar pasal tabib tersebut, kat bangunan mana ye ? My friend pun cerita pasal dia, tapi tak tahu kat mana exactly...thanks.

pasal IUI......ada juga member yang buat tapi tak berhasil.......kadang2 disebabkan 'timing' dan ada juga disebabkan 'unexplained fertility'....

Sorilah, tapi I dah tak de phone number nye, cuma rasanye nama tempat tu, pusat akupuntur malindo..as you masuk jln ke bukit bintang dari arah magnum tu, you tengok belah kiri, you boleh nampak..a liltle bit kat area belakang sikit..berdepan dgn Hotel Nova...

Cuma nak bgtau you. You have to be the first to come in other words, cepat ler..sbbnye Dr Kuek ni suka melayan patient nye, so kekadang tu satu patient tu sampai 1/2 jam.. Penat tau.. I pernah dpt nombor dua tapi I only got to see the doctor after 1 hour..+ you hv to drink a lot of water b4 coming or while waiting to bawakler air mineral. He will only scan you if you bladder is full. Just to let you know, his peralatan are all zaman dulu kala punya /tradisional, tapi tak tauler skrg ni because last sekali i pergi dulu is about 1 year back.
He will definitely give you the herbs in 'teh uncang' type & also 2-3 types of pills..

Hi doc,

I nak tanya, i did my IUI 17 days ago and yesterday I period, so what should I do now, should I start my new cycle sekrg or next cycle? My Re dr. out of town.

well i am not  a doc but everuytime after your period ceased oi think you better checked the thread ..whether it is still can be felt or not but NAUUUUUUUUUUUUU...your call...heheheh

Looks like a case of infertility that required assisted reproduction, in this case IUI or intrauterine insemination - the deposition of sperm using a fine, flexible tube to deposit the sperm into the cavity of the uterus.

Unfortunately, this procedure has failed. The procedure was carried out exactly 17 days ago which was 3 days before you had ovulation (which is 14 days before the next period). So now you are experiencing your normal period meaning that the IUI was unsuccessful.

Your new cycle starts as day 1 on the very day you start bleeding.

Hi all.  

Saya mengalami masalah kesuburan.  Dah lama kawin tapi masih belum dikurniakan zuriat.  Bila jumpa dr dia beri ubat subur.  Dah 5 cycles makan tapi tak lekat jugak.  Then dia bag injection.  Pun tak lekat.  Then my dr suggest kan saya buat IUI or IVF memandangkan umur saya yang dah over 35.  Now, saya tgh fikir whether nak buat IUI or IVF. Mana satu peluang untuk orang macam saya ni untuk conceive tinggi?  

Harap dapat beri suggestion.

Kalau IVF tu chances lagi tinggi le...compared to IUI...tapi cost nya more than 120% berbanding dgn IUI....

IVF - in vitro fertilisation - meaning your ovum and your partner's gamete will be fertilised OUTSIDE your body - chances of success? well thsi one YOU as a patient should discuss this with YOUR procreators - OBSTETERICIAn - he i would think should  provide you with the figures- the failure rate or the success rate  and the side effect of having this procedure

IUI- intra Uterine Insemnination - well it a type of procedure which i have forgotten ..heheheh...

but i think
what you as  a patient should do is to consult and seek info as much as you can and also if okay then talk to the person yg dah pernah underwent this procedure..
