actually bagi ubat bawah paras dose yg sepatutnya sama je dgn tak bagi...
nanti kesan x optimum, ...
Aritu ada bg ank tp bkn ubat yg ni lah ubat lain, ikut dose yg ditetapkan pastu ank ckp pening. Beberapa kali bagi sama gak dia ckp pening,xnak mkn dah ubat tu lagi. Pas kes tu i xbagi dah ikut dose kt botol, bagi kurang. |

well i was informed that temporal and inferior parietal tu memang nampak haemorrhage CT ...

insya ALLAH , apa apa pun alhamdulillah...thanks.
so bila i tengok balik isunya - ia berpunca dari salah laku syarikat yg keluarkan cough syrup tu la - depa tak label.
tu surat MOH kata tak ada pun isu keselamatan atau apa apa yg berkaitan yg ptut dibimbangi.
i pulak tertanya syarikat ROYCE ni ISO standard depa bagus ke? sampai label pun tarak on alcohol???
lagi satu kan ...ubat apa apapun please bagi dalam botol asal tak nak refill dan label nama ubat kekadang ada pengamal perubatan tak nak label nama ubat ...ni kang kalau ada reaction ke ...hish....

pasal taknak label ubat repack tu mmg prob. especially kat klinik. i always ask this to be done - label pls just incase.

itulah tu...ni hari ketiga ni...well apa apa pun tak pa laa he lives his life...strong man - dari kecik dulu masa around mid 30s - 40years , that was 1960s kot suffered from thyphoid fever dok 30 ++ days kat hospital bagan masa tu ...dia dok cerita kat kami adik beradik , then adalah kes kes admission ke hospital tapi kali ni tulah...if this is gonna be his last straw , well , ya rabb i accept.

he passed away - Early Friday morning, doktor suh bawa balik sebelum tu dah...then we all kata bawa sekali ventilator
tapi bila pi bedside --------------
yups
dah selamat dimandikan di hospital dengan adik beradik - then by 6 pm -7 pm dah dikebumikan.
his last straw - bless him.

Selalu kalau ada company yg xcomply dgn tender/sebut harga, biasanya nak x nak company tu kena tarik balik item tu n replace. Kalau user satu tpt je, sng nk kawal, tp ni melibatkan central purchasing, mungkin company ni ada yg bekalkan direct kpd multiple user/hospital/klinik. I xsure sbb i xjaga ubat, tp kalau aset atau reagen boleh terus dibekalkan direct pd user.
Biasanya supplier xcomply tender pastu mmg mendapatlah kena blacklistlah dgn gov. |

Ada byk pndapat kt klu isu ini....ada yg kata boleh sbb alcohol klu buat msk kn ada api,suhu pns s ...
uhhh sorry noks dapat noti baca pastu trrus lupa thread mana nak kena reply
x tahu la rasa macam mana, dulu pernah makan kat La Bodega, ala macam satay je pun tp ngantok giler babeng, boyfren pun (laki la skang)..isk iskk syak dia marinate ngan wine ke haper la..pastu trrus x makan situ dah
lagi satu kes kat sarawak ke sabah, makan yg pucuk paku tu. midin me namanya? disebabkan makan ramai2 crew events semua, diaorg yg order, derang tau ler ada satu makhluk ni xleh makan non halal..tapi gamaknya lupa, bidin/midin tu ada white wine. dah habis makan balik ke hotel baru tau. xde la plak pening2.. |

Maaf saya tak begitu cerdik lagi..masih mencari ilmu. Pernah terbaca..tak pasti hadis or apa, baginda nabi larang makan@minum makanan yg diperam lebih 3 hari..jadi di situ, ada clue tentang group alkohol yg bagaimana..jadi boleh buat kajian lebih lanjut mengenainya.. |
