sape nk try resepi kari mamak ni masuk le group fb masak ape hari ni...
haritu ade satu sis india ni share resepi kari tanpa santan..dia ajar step by step skali ngan gmbar.ramai da buat kata sedap
hehe tp kesian sis tu da left group sbb ade mulut puaka mana ntah kata kuali dia hitam..

bagi kakak kita ada pilihan....rasa mahal tk pyh mkn kat situ....

Ya hampun, betapa suci murninya hati kaka.. sanggup kaka halalkan jua.. kalau kena kat ummah suci yang lain, diratibnya ke fesbuk lalu kedai tersebut dicerca oleh ummah online..

Baik aku teruskan aje order dari tawau segala jenis seafood dan udang ke segala yang mahal2 ni....Mamak ni makan je la roti ngan air....  Kalu xmau kene mahal2....

Kalau mamak tu dah pamer rega , maka kita buat lah keputusan nak makan ke tak.

lepas tomis bawang segala naik bau

kena taruk rempah yg kering...bukan dah campir air mcm selau kita buat

bila rempah dah naik bau baru masuk air sikit tp kena jaga rempah jgn hangus...proses nih kena cepat

satu lagik mamak tak pakai santan tapi air tapi bawang besar mmg kena banyak sis

My ex-boss (mamak) cakap, masak kari yang sedap bila dicampur dgn kuah masakan yang terdahulu (tak kira la 2-3 hari lepas atau 2-3 minggu lepas).  Yang penting kuah masakan kari terdahulu (sebelum di campur dgn masak kari terkini) hendak la sentiasa diperhangat supaya tak basi dan yang penting untuk menambah kesedapan kari...
