dalam oven



dah keluar oven



dah terbalikkan dan potong...



dalam pinggan


kek ku yang kebingkaan, tak cun, tapi sedap.

Mclaren,

air bwh putih telur tu org panggil 'weeping'.
Dlm beberapa minit lepas putih telur dipukul hingga gebu, air akan keluar & putih telur tu akan deflate..

Utk stabilkan putih telur tu, mc boleh letak cream of tartar, 1/8 tsp utk 1 putih telur @ ganti dgn 1/4 tsp lemon juice.

Boleh baca kat link yg kero bg ni...info pasal putih telur. ada gambar lagi..

so kero, due to weeping tu ke my butter cake jadi macam bingka? ke, sebab lain, macam in my queries in my previous posting tu?

saya ikut resipi kak tenko shared (kek yogurt kak pah), & dalam resipi tu tak pulak mentioned taruk cream of tartar or vinegar or lemon juice to stabilize it, & the recipe mentioned to whip the white eggs dulu, prior to beating butter & sugar.

takpe lah, next time, i will try beating butter & sugar dulu, then baru whip the egg whites & straight away use the egg whites lepas whipping   

sedih gak, sifu2 yang expert takde pun nak tolong me with my post mortem   saya budak baru belajar...

kita bukan expert...

tapi nak jawab jgk   

pengalaman saya dari buat kek butter tenko ni..
saya beat egg whites dulu...beat mmg sampai bila terbalikkan bowl adunan tu maintain je..tak jatuh..then baru beat bahan2 lain..mmg weeping...
& my cake jadi...

dlm case awak..tak sure plak sbb apa..
kita pun buat kek try & error jgk

nhuda, egg whites nhuda weeping, then did you put in only the whites yang jadi foam tu tanpa yang dah jadi air tu, or masukkan sekali dgn putih yang dah jadi air tu?

saya ni tak nak give up, akan kucuba jugak butter cake ni until i get the desired result! he he he... tapi resipi kak tenko shared tu memang sedap, walaupun saya guna strawberry yogurt instead of blueberry. agaknya kalau taruk blueberry yogurt mesti lagi terangkat.

saya hanya masukkan yg jagi foam tu je (benda ni dipanggil meringue kan..)

dont give up...hehehe
cuba lagi...
ni saya tepek yg saya buat guna blueberry...kasi semangat skit
kurangkan gula tak?

ni yg saya buat. dah pernah post kat sini pun..ulangan


yg ni letak dlm paper cups..
saya guna blueberry yogurt + fresh blueberry

next time.. blueberry yogurt cake, here i come! & i vow to make it right next time. tapi tak boleh dalam masa terdekat ni, sebab baru je buat last week. nanti hubby komplen tanya, eh nak bukak bakery ke?

hari tu, my strawberry yogurt cake tu pun, masa mintak tolong dia pass kan kat jiran, sempat lg dia ckp kat akak jiran sebelah rumah tu "ni haa kek, ntah lah dia ni, rajin sangat buat kek, padahal takde siapa pun kat rumah ni yang minat makan kek.."...

best kalau dpt family macam kak liza tu, anak2 semua gemar makan cakes & stuff. my hubby & kids memang kurang gemar cakes, muffins, cookies.. .saya je yang minat buat, lepas tu, bg2 kat jiran.

Walnut Butte Cake



Walnut Cake
Bahan2
(A)250gm butter,20gm gula
(B)7biji kuninh telur
(C)7biji putih telur
(D)190gm tepung,1/2tsp baking powder,1/2tsp tblsp milk powder(semua nih ayak)
(E)160gm kacang walnut yg tlh dipotong
100gm cip coklat

Caranya
1.Putar (A) till light. Add (B) and to whip till light & smooth.
2.Pukul putih telur daraipada (C) sehingga berbuih.Add gula dan trus memukul sehingga pekat.
3.Campur (C) yg tlh dipukul dgn adunan tadi sehingga sebati.
4. Kaup dan balikkan bahan2 yg diayak (D) dan kacau sehingga rata.
5.Tambah (E) dan kacau sehingga sebati
6.Tuang adunan ke acuan yg tlh disapu dgn minyak dan alas kertas. Tabur lebihan kacang walnut ke permukaan kek.
7.Bakar pada suhu 180degC selama 50min or test until skewer comes out clean..Dah leh siap hidang!!

1st time buat guna yogurt mixed beri...gula satu cawan saja.....

Alhamdulillah rasa yg perfect, tak manis sgt tak tawar...gebu lak tu....mak sy suka sgt kek ni...sy pun

mas, cubalah kek butter bepop..resepi at 1st page. Kek ni tak oily..dah lebih 10x dah buat..kek butter lain, zie belum cuba lagi..nak cuba gak bila2.
Semalam buat kek butter sebiji dan hari ni nak buat 2 biji lagi..untuk buah tangan balik kampung esok..jomm..balik mengundi

PRUNE BUTTER CAKE

i made this last week. resipi arlina umar, shared by diana. pics as below. kek ni memang sedap............... saya salut dgn cream cheese icing sikit, saje je takde kerja...


250 g butter
2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1 cawan gula
1/4 tin besar susu pekat manis (kalau guna tin kecil 1/3 pun cukup)
20 biji prune (kisar dengan sedikit air, setakat boleh kisar dah cukup)
5 biji prune (hiris kasar)
5 biji telur

Cara :
1. Didihkan air dalam pengukus.
2. Putarkan butter/gula/susu sehingga sebati.
3. Masukkan telur satu per satu dan putar lagi.
4. Masukkan prune yg telah dikisar.
5. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan putar hingga sebati.
6. Akhir sekali masukkan prune yg dihiris kasar dan kacau dengan senduk sudah memadai.
7. Griskan loyang dengan butter dan alaskan dengan kertas minyak, tuang adunan
ke dalam loyang dan kukus selama 1 1/2 jam.
8. Kalau nak bagi cantik, letakkan beberapa biji prune di atas adunan sebelum dikukus sebagai hiasan.
