tapi ada gak high fibre carb...cam wholewheat bread..
biasanya ada dua jenis carbs kan...simple carbs..i think cam donuts...
pastuh yg satu lagi...complex carb ka..betul ka aku ni?

bleh jer nak join... sambil bincang pasal TBL...

sy tak pasti kalu yg lain ade ambik ubat2an... tapi sy tak ambik aper2... cuma control makan... 5-6 kali sehari... execise.. 1-2 jam sehari... kardio & weight training... lepas tu isnin & khamis puasa..


resultnya.. lepas 3 minggu... turun dalam 4 kg...  target 4 kg sebulan utk capai berat ideal.. before raya... harap sy berjaya..

episod TBL season 1..minggu ke 3...

blue team kalah dlm chellenge "pop star"... dorang kena buat performance..menyanyi dgn lirik sendiri...lirik tu lak kena citer pasal kegemukan... oleh kerana kalah... bob tak bleh join dorang utk sesi training...sebelum sesi timbang...

dalam sesi timbang lak... blue team kalah lagi.... dan team member yg dihantar pulang adelah Aaron...

sy pung takde tenet kat umah... harap yg kat office jer.... ..

tu ler...kat sini kita citer pasal TBL and Tips yg dorang guna kat rancangan tu... bleh le kita implement dlm kehidupan harian kite...

tapi ingat tau... JILL kata... b/fast kena ade sedikt carbs,protein dan kalu tak silap fiber... dan semalam JILL ade cakap.. b/fast bleh ambik epal and telur rebus...tapi yg putih jer... yg kuning..jangan...

sy pung kerja gaks nie... ... entah bile lah company nak declare keje 5 hari jer..

pasal epal tu... tak cakap lak merah ker hijau... tp saya belasah jer... dua2 pun makan.. tapi rasanya cam epal hijau... tapi ade lak kata kalu makan epal hijau tak elok ..nanti jd pelupa ker haper...

my company keje 6 hari tp sabtu ganti2... full day plak tu...
working hour dari 8am til 5.05pm...
terkejar2 masa....
nak workout pun kadang2 terbabas2....
weekend ajer dpt buat....tp rasa mcm x puas ajer...
anak jd peneman.... kadang ngok dia dok sibuk nak angkat dumbell tu nasib 1.5kg ajer..
tu pun nampak gak urat2 dia timbul..

betol ker kalu kerap mkn epal ijau bole jd pelupa???
sebab epal tu masam????

leh ciannya... sy 5 1/2 hari... tiap2 minggu same je... kul 9.00am - 5.00pm... so balik umah tu sy ambik anak... masak sampai kul 6.30 start execise sampai kul 8.00pm... hubby & anak makan... sy tak makan ler... ambik buah jer... lepas tu kul 11.30 sampai 12.30...execise lagi... (kalu tak larat terus tido jer)..

kata orang cam tu ler... benda masam bleh buat kita jadi pelupa... tapi mango dorang tak cakap lak... sy belasah je... tak pun makan anggur... elok gak kata orang..
