no 1  tu mmg aku slalu buat pung...tp just gna handphone je....
kekadang penuh gmbr bdn aku dlm phone tu....

then no.2 tu pun betul gak...tp aku x la tampal kat bilik beb..nnt ada orang slh anggap je...
kekadang aku letakkan wallpaper laptop aku gmbr2 mat saleh yg bdn berketul2 nie...just motivation...

kekeke... sometime mengajar kat sana, skrg ni prefer kat uniten. nk join ke.. bole2.. tarak halnya..uiks nk betulkan teknik? teknik yg sedia ada ok ke x? or just leh tangkap swim aje. kalu xbetul aku kena buat correction dari mula2. sbb selalunya kalu yg dah boleh swim tp teknik xbetul mmg payah sikit maksud aku lambat sikit, biasa le dah tua2 ni tulang, badan dah keras, xpe xpe bole aje.

gym kat ukm tu utk student n pekerje je.. aku bukan budak ukm or pekeje ukm.

pasal bahasa inggeris tu rasanya ada. cuba ko check2 kat ukm. sbb ari tu member aku ada amik course tu kat ukm

aku da soalan nie...

aku endomorph... perut ada banyak fat tapi bukan jenis boroi pregnant tue...
aku nak tanya, kalau aku nak gain muscle tapi pada masa yg sama aku nak lost fat..

macam mana? kalau cut carb nanti kurang kalori, hilang fat tapi muscle tak grow pulak..
adakah aku perlu gain muscle jer biar bila banyak muscle nanti senang muscle tue burn fat?

Gym ukm tu thn lps open for student (selain atlit la kan...) kene bayar nk join ahli..pastu br bukak kejap x smpi setengah tahun die tutup balik...atas alasan barang rosak..die kate nak msg balik kalo dh open balik..last2 sampai sekarang senyap...

terbantut cita2 aku...terpakse jogging je kat trek..

bukan mustahil tapi maybe result lambat skit, sbb dua goal yg berbeza.
bro maybe kene clean bulk yg betul2 clean. disebabkan bro endo, kalo nk amik carbs tu nutrition timing kene betul.
kalo simple carbs, sebaik2nye betul2 sblm workout, dlm 45 minit sblm tu

jgn guna gainer, just guna whey protein n fatburner is fine.

clean bulk ni, means cara membesar yg makan makanan yg betul2 "clean" no empty calories and such.
benda ni extreme skit, tk ramai sanggup ikut. aku just bgtau je, terpulang kpd bro nak ikut ke tak.

1g of fat = 9kcal
1g of carb = 4kcal
1 g of protein = 4kcal

kalo sanggup makan makanan steam/rebus2, lagi ok. mcm master trainer aku.
sebab bergoreng akan meinngkatkan jumlah kalori.

bro refer kat Cekodok.com oleh Kevin Zahri utk tau kalori makanan kita.
dan kira juga BMR kt situ.

simple carbs = karbohidrat yg mengambil masa yg kurang utk dicerna dan ditukar kpd glukosa dan seterusnya glykogen di dlm badan
complex carbs = karbihidrat yg mengambil masa yg lama utk dicerna

nasi putih ialah simple carb. oleh itu kalo nak makan, pastikan sejam pastu ada buat aktiviti.
pasta, oatmeal, brown rice ialah complex carbs. breakfast boleh ambik oatmeal utk constant flow of energy.

badan endo ialah badan jenis pasif (sorry no offence), sistem internal dia lebih suka berehat drpd bekerja.
so bro kene force dia bekerja. mcam mana?
ada dua cara

TEE = thermic effect of exercise
TEF = thermic effect of feeding

Thermic effect ialah apabila metabolisme rate anda naik drpd biasa (idle). kalo perasan, kalo lepas exercise, bdn akan panas, begitu juga selepas makan, kadang2 ada org siap peluh2, itu tandanye badan anda bekerja, adalah normal suhu badan naik drpd biasa

TEE = kene exercise
TEF = kene makan!!! u have to eat to lose weight!! setiap kali makan, badan akan terpaksa mencerna, kalo anda hanya makan 2x sehari, maknanye anda rugi apabila TEF hanya trigger 2x sehari. makan bnyk kali tapi dalm kuantiti yg kecil. dan setiap meal pastikan ada protein. jarak setiap meal at least 2 hour. kalo anda makan 6x sehari, 6x TEF terjadi. kan best tu? makan utk menghilangkan berat badan . tapi kene tau apa yg dimakan.
kenapa protein based food?
sebab protein susah dicerna berbanding carbs.
apa maknanye ni?
bermaksud TEF berlaku lebih lama di dlm badan anda.
kenapa nk makan bnyk kali?
sebab nutrisi yg diserap dalam sekali proses pencernaan terhad

soalan ni juga menjwb persoalan dgn bro audydotnet adakah protein berlebihan akan menjadi fat dulu.
aku dah tnye mmber aku yg nutritionist.

excessive protein >>> fatty acids + sugar. dari sugar ni >>>fat

tapi ia mengambil 2x langkah utk bertukar kpd fat btul tak? dan proses ini saja memakan kalori.

tapi kalo simple carbs
simple carbs>>sugar>>fat
hanya sekali saje proses utk bertukar kpd fat. malah carbs lebih senag dihadam, bermakna lagi cpt anda fat.
oleh itu aku rasa takut kpd protein mmg tak berasas sama sekali, tapi pastikan minum bnyk air, proses sintesis protein memerlukan air

ni kdg org pgl football barbell. bnyk American footballer dan peserta WSM yg guna.
dikatakan kedudukan wrsit lebih natural utk buat military/shoulder press
alah bro, tk semestinya semua kelengkapan tu kita mesti guna....hehehe
