ni gambar pizza sy yg 1st time buat dulu tu....
so ugly....:malu:....time buat ni gubra pastu kalut skit tu yg jadi comot tu....
segan la nak tempek gambar tp tak kira nak tunjuk gak...hehe
apapun rasanya sedap....

tepong base pizza yg dah diuli ni kalau terlebih peram kalau dibakar jadi keras ke..? sbb hari tu masa buat pizza.. masa makan pagi roti base pizza tu lembut je.. tapi yg lebihnya bakar petang.. tapi rotinya jadi keras.. kenapa yek....?

kite wat doh pakai bread maker,so banyak la.

makan sorang tak abis ingat nak simpan doh.

kakliza buat..
canaikan doh dan bakar separa masak..
then packed dan masukkan dalam freezer..

bila nak makan boh topping dan bakar algi sehingga keju mozarella cair..

ni pizza yang saya buat hari tue.....lauk kat peti ais dah hbs....so wat pizza jela senang...lagi pon bahan2 dah ada....anak2 plak mmg sker...






by the way....saya biasa simpan tepung yg dah diuli dalam peti ais...kat tmpt biasa tu...bukan tempat sejuk.....w/p di simpan di tempat sejuk...doh tetap akan mengembang seperti biasa.....so kalau ada doh lebih saya buh dalam plastik...simpan kat peti ais...esok nyer...saya kuarkan tumbuk2....uli2 skit dan biarkan kembang lagik....dan bulih diguna seperti biasa.....
