aku buat cam tu kadang2...muka aku kadang2 jadi lebey gemok dari badan...
so...klu ko dah tengok..muka ko cukup tembam bagi ko....ko stop terus..
becos...klu guna cara ni muka betul2 cam org gemok...
klu ko nak nak buat mata ko chinese look...sebab org cina ni..salunya between the brow and the eye salunya gemok..
ko letak ice kat situ...jangan sampai mata ko sakit...klu mata ko sakit...stop terus..
bila dier stop jadi merah...buat lagi...same as kat muka yg ko nak nampak gemok..
cam biasa...do it frequently..and then ulang2 banyak kali...
tapi aku tak penah buat cara ni masa aku berdiet...exercise..
so i don't know whether maseh ke gak...lemak tu akan naik ke muka..
cos i did this masa aku takder weight problem dulu...masa aku takder exercise or diet langsong..

aku amik supplement bio-enhanced calcium brand abbot..
susu tu make sure high in calcium..low in fat..
kadang2 lam susu tak cukup calcium..that's why salunya org suka amik supplement

saya pun get motivation from TBL nih. dulu saya diet jer, bersenam tu ada, tapi kurang la. Sekarang ni sya dah mula bersenam di gym, sekurang-kurangnya sejam sehari, 4 kali semimggu.. dgn personal trainer lagi. I notice fitness ngan stamina dah bertambah. kalau dulu naik tangga ke 2nd floor dah mengah. last saturday, i sucessfully naik tangga sampai 13th floor. amazing... peluh menitik-nitik. cam tak percaya jer.. but i really pushed myself. |

A very good morning all.
Bnyak dah ketinggalan nih.. kat umah ada tenet tp mcm mls sgt nak posting kekeke.
Nak tnya korang [random ah xkira sapa2].
Mcm sy skang kan... tinggi 153 & berat 50kg.
So BMI 21.4 [normal] & sy mmg berhajat le nak turun ke 45kg.
Tp betul ke org ckp kalo BMI dah normal so kita susah sikit nak turun berat aaa?
[exercise everyday, diet, menum air masak 2liter/day, weekend jogging]
Bape ari lg aaa nak abis season 1? |

wahhh thanks for the tips.... memang nie masalah besar bila diet... muka cengkung cam mayat... badan tak de lah cengkung sangat.... bleh cuba nie...
yelah...aaron tu bleh buat sendiri.... dia tu tinggi ... muka pun bleh tahan... tapi tang body ler....masalah... gelebeh... tambah2 part dada ngan perut...

cubalah... dah dapat naik sampai tingkat 13 tu rasa cam ada kepuasan... tapi kena biasakan diri sikit2 dulu. Jgn la tiba2 terus naik sampai tingkat 13... takut takleh bangun pagi esoknya...sakit badan. |

yer aku pernah coba...
tuh lah org eskimo muka tembam..
tapi...aku tak pernah coba masa diet2 and exercise..
tapi klu umo kita dah lanjut tu..naturally fat makin kurang pi kat muka..
so jangan heran...klu ada fat tak masok ke muka..
tapi ko buat so intensely..sampai otak kita bagi signal soh letak lemak kat situ..meaning..sampai merah2 sakit2..no pain..no gain bak org cakap....and then buat frequently...
dulu2 aku buat pun...masa aku lam umo ..14 - 21..masa fat salu gumpol kat muka..
and i think maybe umo 24 ni pun maybe maseh gak kots..fat pi kat muka..
