Last wiken buat brownies guna resepi Donna Hay...sblm abpbh start malam tu, gigih buat brownies ni cepat2. Chocolate cheesecake brownies ni dua layer dibakar skaligus & tekstur brownies nye fudgy.
Lepas masak tu, Kero sejukkan kejap je & potong sbb x sabar nak makan...& sebab x sabar tu lah susah sikit nak potong part cheesy tuh & comot jadinya. Padan muka!
Ok lah jugak resepi makcik Donna nih..tinggalkan sepinggan yg dah dipotong dlm fridge & besoknya tinggal sikit je, ntah antu mana yg makan
Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie Recipe
[size=78%](Adapted from Donna Hay Chocolate)
Makes 16 slices
Ingredients
185 g (6 1/2 oz) butter, melted
1/4 cup (30 g / 1 oz) cocoa powder, sifted
1 cup (220 g / 7 3/4 oz) caster (superfine) sugar
2 eggs (large)
1 cup (150 g / 5 1/4 oz) plain (all-purpose) flour, sifted
Cheesecake:
285 g (10 oz) cream cheese, softened and chopped
4 1/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
2 eggs (large)
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 160C (320F). Place the butter, cocoa, sugar, eggs and flour in a bowl and mix well until smooth. Spoon into a 20cm (8 in) square slice tin lined with non-stick baking paper.
2. To make the cheesecake, process the cream cheese, sugar and eggs in a food processor until smooth. Place large spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture on top of the chocolate mixture and swirl with a butter knife. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool in the tin. Cut into 16 slices. |

tunjukkan resepinya yg mana satu? boleh kita sama2 cari punca....setiap brownie tak sama texture contohnya brnownie chewy tak sama dengan fudge begitu juga dgn brwonie diella....texture berbeza..ada yg guna cooking choc, ada yg guna coco powder dan ada yg guna campuran kedua bahan tu....u kena tau jenis brownie yg u buat.. |

FudgeBrownies
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts or chocolate chips (optional)(maklang prefer letak choc chip)
Mix cocoa in well with the melted butter. Addsugar, vanilla,
and eggs, mixing well. Add flour, bakingpowder, salt, and nuts
or chocolate chips. I actually prefer thechocolate chips!! Pour mixture
into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake in apreheated 350F oven for
25 - 30 minutes, until a toothpick insertedcomes out almost clean, you do
not want to overbake!
Nota : Maklang bakar dengan suhu 180 selama40'

resepi yg ni...saya dah try, no problem....hasilnya terdapat kepingan kerak atas brownie ni, saya suka...bezanya brnownie ni tak guna choc., hanya coco powder aje. Nanti saya tempek gambar jika masih ingat lagi sbb dah lama tak masuk sini. |

Pada El-ain, jgn putus asa....cuba cari lagi rsp fudge brownie yg u suka. Ok ini rsp saya sharekan bersama...Pada yg suka brownie yg berkerak kat atas tu, masa panaskan choc+butter tolong kacau sebati hingga cair baru masukkan adunan lain, jgn tinggalkan mereka berdua ni cair sendirian. Saya dah buat R&D cari punca kenapa bila buat rsp yg sama kdg2 ada kerak, ada masa takde pulak so pada saya ini salah satu punca...itu pendapat 1 cent saya, pendpt org lain saya tak tahu. Nak gambar kemudian.
FUDGE BROWNIE
Bahan:
120g butter
130g tpg gandum }
30g koko powder } ayak
1/2 st baking powder }
1/2 st garam }
225g cooking chocolate - cincang
150g brown sugar
3 bj telur
Vanila esen
Hiasan : almond slice - option
Cara
1. Cairkan butter + cooking choc
2. Masukkan brown sugar + telur + vanila = kacau guna whisker
3. Masukkan bahan yg diayak dan gaul sebati
4. Tuang ke dalam loyang. Ratakan permukaannya dan taburkan kacang-jika suka.
5. Bakar suhu 175 sehingga masak |

brownis tidak menggunakan mixer, hanya guna whisker atau sudip kayu...memang le berat skit time nak kacau tu tapi rasanya sedap...dan jgn lupa texture brownie tak spt kek, ia agak keras, padat n chewy skit bergtg pada brownie yg kita buat....ok...slmt mencuba. |

last 2 days aku wat brownies gune recipe kak mas yg chewy gooey tu...memule tu baru nak frust sbb mcm x brape nak jadik je...huhhuh...tp bile dah chilled...sok pagi try...fullamakkk...shedaapppp....aku ni jrg nak balek2 bukak peti makan kek yg aku wat slame ni...tp kali ni tatau dah bape potong aku makan...hubby pn memule tgk...dia kate ni nape pecah2 ni...tp aku tgk dia makan gak...ekekekke...pasni nak cube recipe lain plak..;) |
