k.hannan kita pun sama.. tapi tak beli yg blok tu.. beli yg dah parut.. elok ada aje bertali.. sampai bersimpul2 tali dia bila kita angkat..

tapikan sekarang kalu kita nak wat pizza.. lama dah tak pakai mozarella nih.. pakai cheese slices yg murah aje.. mukan apa taw.. kekadang tu ada lebihan mozarella yg kita pakai ni..kita simpan lam fridge tu cepat sangat naik fungusnya.. beli udah le mahal..  nak tak nak guna cheese murah abih citer...

lorr..meow...kalau kita plak awat pizza mesti buh mozarella cheese gak.....kita pong gune yg blok tu jugak tp masa nak parut tu saya lapik tgn ngan plastik.....bukan aper pada fikiran saya la...bahan makanan yg dah di sentuh dgn tgn mmg mudah basi or berkulat....lepas parut saya masukkan dalam plastik bag and simpan dalam freezer...tempat yg beku tue......tahan jugak cheese saya......

kalau nak effect bertali tu mmg kena letak byk cheese......baru menjadik...sedap pong sedap...hehehe......

Semalam jengok2 sini tgk mmcm pizza. Nak buat malas. So buat je versi pizza org malas. I pakai lebanese bread, letak olive, tomato, garlic dan grated cheese dan bonconini mozarella.

Baru-baru nie ada buat pizza..simple letak udang, nenas, hot dog, jagung, cap dan etc, keju mestilah mozzarella campur parut dan yg dah siap parut.

...kalau nak yang bergetah2 tu...pilihlah mozarella yang ada tertulis "for pizzas"....aku slalu beli yang dah siap shredded...

- melt butter (agak 1/2 block- ~125g)

pizza base

err.. reen nak tumpang tanya sikit

semalam reen meronda2 kat Giant Kinrara, cari pizza base yg some of u ada mention (malas nak nguli punya pasal). Tapi x jumpa la. Kat bahagian mana ek actually? Frozen pizza banyakkkkk tapi base yg kosong tu je takde.

Lagi satu.. kalau guna pita bread as the base.. sedap dia mcm base biasa ke? ke mcm mana?

Saya, husband n anak2pun hantu pizza, dulu rajin gak buat, malangnyer skang nih cheese naik harga melambung2. Dah 3 kali saya survey kat giant, jusco n tesco seketul is about RM 14. Pengsan ... dulu RM 8++ jer ...
