Boss Ned dia expect GM berumahtangga kat hotel itu kah ?
40 mins GM tu baru sampai , GM tu dr mana plak rumahnya or maybe he is somewhere for meetings ke apa ?
klu dah tgh malam logik la kat rumah ahad plak tu ,
must be somebody la on duty

I would like to stress that what happen in Lego Hotel is unacceptable ,and the fact that in an interview they said that the Director of Operations was there through out to assist .that wasn't true he came about 40 mins after he was informed ,we are not happy because your SOP when things like this happens isn't efficient and this complaint goes to the hotel management,your GM should be removed because they did nothing ! I stress to you that we are upset and we are complaining on the hotel itself , I've been to many hotels all.over the world when things like this happens GM and Deputy should come and assist ,how do u leave your hotel without GM or Deputy GM and expect others to fill in for you?... I for sure will never take my family to stay in this hotel ever .. Even after the incident, what was reported was not on point by the hotel spokesman..and let me add one more thing, usually kalau ada pregnant lady and asthmatic person in danger your hotel should have already have a medical crew on standby but where were they? Takde pun, Hmmmm bad management it is .. Get your facts right . Kepada yang tak puas hati dan membuat fitnah di page @noradanish Cuba utk membuat cerita atau menukar, jgn kita gadai nyawa manusia dan kebenaran just to cover nak menjaga nama baik hotel kononya ..

btw manager hotel kerja office hour ke? my brother jadi GM tapi bukan hotel..nama aja kerja office hour tapi klu ada emergency tengah malam buta pun dia kena handle the case..susah nak nampak batang hidung dia klu ada family gathering asyik outstation memanjang..

tapi mungkin masa kejadian dia keluar

iolls x penah lagi pegi hotel tengok ada medical crew dok standby tunggu kot2 ada org sakit
kalau nak medical crew 24hrs, pi la bercuti di hospital  |

tudia bf dah bersuare..untung nowa.. ambil berat betul bf..sampai nak suruh org letak jawatan.. demi nowa..  harap nowa tidur lena bile semue kene berhenti ..

haihhh baca ngan mata hati la cik kak, sapa plak tak tau GM anytime have to be there when things happen
klu dia tak stay kat hotel , am sure he takes time to come over to the incident place as soon as he can
40 mins is nothing if he stayed quite far from the hotel.
yang nak menangkan nora danish tu sgt pe hal ?
