tab tak minum kopi tak reti nak minum kopi hahahah tak biasalah.tapi trainer tab ada suggest utk minum sports drink tau macam gatorade tu,tapi tak ingat sebelum atau selepas bersenam...tak penah minum lagi,lagi suka minum air mineral. |

betul la tu ikut cara mr din ckp....
kalau betul2 nak turun berat dgn cepat kena mkn betul2 clean.. y tak sihat tu tinggal terus...
tapi syik lain..syik aim 80% clean.. mcm contoh lunch, mak masak kari, santan,goreng2 n sebagainya....
ok syik ambik jugak la lauk2 tu.. mkn dgn sesenduk nasi.. sayur syik selalunya amik ulam2..kuah pulak kurangkan,goreng2 tu syik tekap dgn tisu.. kalau tgk menu syik rasa mcm tak sihat jer..tapi syik cuba buat ia sesihat mungkin melalui cara mcm nie...
bezanya malam ada masa syik ratah2 lauk n nasi 2 sudu.. or syik masak sup2 sayur kosong buh sikit protein.. mkn malam kiranya ada masa 100% clean, ada masa tak..
breakfast pulak, syik aim 90% clean contoh roti n telur separuh masak.. kalau katakan pagi tu mak masa bihun goreng..syik ambik ciput jer sekadar nak merasa...
snek pun syik aim amik 100% clean mcm buah2...
ada harinya syik buat cheat day terutama bila time kuar jalan2 dgn mamber dlm seminggu sekali..
dari menu syik, alya boleh faham kan y syik tak de terlalu strict..itu pasal berat syik turun slowwww mlowwwww tak mcm org lain...
syik sendiri tak mo terlalu stress kan diri syik dgn terlalu strict kalau tak nanti syik jadi tensen..bila dah tensen asyik terbayang junk food..time nie nampak mcd, kepsi semua tu sedappppppppppp....padahal sebelum nie tak de teringin sgt pun..hahaha..
itu pasal syik tegaskan kalau teringin sgt ambik y tak bape sihat, ambik jer tapi sikit2 jer sekadar merasa..jgn melahap mcm org kebuluran sudahhhhhh...hehehe.....
tapi senaman tu wajib la.. minimum 5 kali seminggu..
nie cara syik y syik yakin boleh kekal selamanya......for me it's a life style..
*makanan tak sihat = berlemak, berminyak, bergoreng, junk food mcm kopok2, makanan bergula tinggi mcm kuih muih, kek, process food mcm nugget, fast food mcm mcd dan sebagainyainya.. |

kalau tab rasa lemah elok mkn multivitamin..sbbnya bila kita dlm proses diet, kita mkn sikit maka kemungkinan besar kita tak cukup nutrein... multivitamin salah satu mikronutrein y diperlukan badan..kalau tak cukup ibarat naik keta tak de minyak hitam.. mcm tu la body kita cpt lesu..but remember the best choice ialah dptkan vitamin dari real food..
syik pun dulu tak reti minum kopi..tapi syik belajar minum lama2 boleh.. syik tgh belajar minum kopi + milo tanpa gula.. baru leh telan..peh tu workout, pergh rasa bertenaga...serius terasa perubahannya... kopi tu kan leh naikkan metabolisme...
nway minuman isotonik mcm gaterod(tak tau betul tak eja) or 100 plus memang bagus la utk gantikan mineral y hilang waktu kita workout..tapi kalau boleh cuba ELAKKAN kecuali la kita nie atlit y buat workout high intensity.. minuman mcm tu banyak gula woooo... more than 9 sudu gula.. memang sgt tak elok tuk kesihatan... say NONONO ..hehe |

During exercise there’s two main things that happen. First, we use up a lot of muscle glycogen and blood sugar for fuel during the workout itself. I’m talking about fairly intense sessions here, you know, the kind I promote here at Angry Trainer Fitness – full body circuits of 30–60 minutes a time. Because you’re using up those precious sugar stores, your body becomes extra sensitive to sugar intake following an intense workout – it’s basically ready to start refueling and gas up the tanks. Remember those insulin ‘taxis’ that carry the sugar around your body? Well during the day and under normal conditions they’re driving around and abiding by the speed limit. But after a workout, they’re ready to go full throttle and race the sugar to the parts of your body that need replenishing. This phase is called ‘heightened insulin sensitivity’ and lasts for about 30–45 minutes max after you workout before returning back to normal levels.
What this essentially means is that you can indeed take in more than normal levels of sugar post workout AND benefit from them, without fear of gaining excess weight. In fact I tell people that if they want a chocolate chip cookie as a treat the best time to eat it is right after a workout! It’ll most likely be used to refuel muscle tissue and it’ll satisfy your cheat.
Now let me clarify. I’m not suggesting that all of you eat ice cream or cookies after a workout. And depending on your goals, whether they be fat loss or muscle gain, you may want to stay in a low blood sugar state and not consume a sugary post workout meal or drink. It’s all dependent upon your aims. I personally use the post workout shake as the only ‘meal’ in which I get simple sugars. The rest of my day is fibrous veggies, lean proteins and healthy fats.
rasanya apa y dia maksudkan y sport drink tu sesuai tuk org y buat high intensity workout.. time tu gula dalam darah jatuh..utk elakkan simptom low blood pressure sesuai tuk minum benda y bergula tinggi.. syik penah buat high intensity workout.. sampai tahap syik jadi pening pale gila..peh tu lemah yahamat.. time tu memang cpt2 cari benda y tinggi gula takut syik pengsan pulak..
kita boleh dpt rasa perbezaan..selalunya lepas workout kita akan rasa segar..tapi kalau sampai tahap lemah, nak gerak pun tak larat serta terhuyung hayang sikit itu tanda kita low blood pressure.. so cpt2 dpt kan recovery drink.. |

hi tab.. lina xde menu yg spesifik.. hi carbs semua dtg dr nasi , roti, meehoon atau mee di pagi hari.. telur pun ada.. tp ambik dlm jumlah yg sedikit/ sederhana.. bukan melantak... mlm kadang2 je makan nasi... nasi sesenduk je, lauk je byk... kalau mlm dh mkn nasi ni, supper selalu x mkn ap2 lg dh( serius kenyang!) melainkan minum green tea...atau biskut sekeping.. snek time lina mkn biskut 1-3 bergantung tahap lapar..kadang2 buah.. alas perut je. pagi mmg makan berat la.. tenaga nak guna smp ke petang.. tp harus igt, kuantiti yg di ambil sedikit.. bukan la melantak.. hehe...
kalau x mkn nasi/mee/ meehoon/ koew reow, lina wat ommelette..+ roti sekeping. atau roti bakar sekeping + telur separuh masak 2 biji...
kalau lina makan nasi atau sumber high carbs ni, lina mesti minum green tea....
tab, kalau nak buat workout, jgn la x makan langsung.. kena makan tau..telur separuh masak 2 biji atau roti sekeping pun ok..kalau x makan nanti xde tenaga nak buat workout tau...
apapun badan org lain2.. kadar metabolisma pun lain.. jadi kalau dpt minum kopi sebelum workout pun ok...leh tingkatkan metabolisma badan.. kalo lina lina minum green tea... |

bak kate syik, kte kena start tukar program diet nie jadi kte punye life style, habit & berkekalan
