selalu tgk hari ahad ajer...start pkul 9pm sampai kul 1.30 pg, cover utk 1 minggu...
cuma utk yg rerun ni ...tak pulak utk hari ahad. |

sy execise jer... sama cam tak period... coz tak rasa menganggu pung....
tapi kenapa.... tak bleh ker exercise kalu period... ade ape2 kesan ker kat body..

dulu2 aku pernah tengok cerita Oprah..
dier cakap...time tak bagus utk exercise adalah pada masa period..
but dier tak bagi tau direct reason dier..
aku...masa period...cuma brisk walking jerk..
takda buat reverse abs..takder buat style2 tonggang tebalik....takut darah masok balit..
tapi time aku period paling aku letih...
so aku takder buat vigorous exercise cam aku tak period... |

aku depends..klu pinggang aku sakit2 sengugut..
aku tak nak gerak terus...tapi skrang aku amik EPO..ok sikit..
tengok2 pompuan omputeh kat cerita biggest loser..
ok ok jerk..takder complain pasal sengugut bagai...
cuma salu complain2 lemah2 tu biasa...and cramps muscle jerk.. |
