citer pasal squat dlm pool, mmg ada bende tuh.. utk build elasticity kat quad muscle.. pro boxer selalu buat bende nih.. tp agak berlainan sket.. dorang buat squat - jump dlm pool.. bertujuan utk ducking masa memboxing, berguna juga utk tampah power kat upper (from ducking state).. wallahualam

Weight dulu utk cardio sesuai utk mass sebab lepas buat weight. growth hormone lebih banyak. Aku tak ingat growth howmone tu nama apa. Then kalau weight sebelum cardio, energy ko lebih banyak utk angkat lebih weight.
Tapi aku prefer cardio sebelum weight, sebab aku malas nak warming up. SO aku start dengan cardio iaitu HIIT. Lepas tu aku buat weight. Ini sebab aku malas nak stretching dan warming up dan cara nak elakkan injury. |

benda ni rasanye aku dah terangkan dulu. panjang lebar lak tu, kalo nk tau lebih lanjut cuba selak2 blkg tu.
tp mmg betul sbb kalo nak loose fat, anda kena abiskan deposit glykogen dalam badan.

anda warm-up dgn cardio dlm 5-10 min sbb nak prepare jantung dgn aktiviti yg intense, dan supaya oksigen dapat dipam ke seluruh badan dgn lebih berkesan.
wrm-up dgn weights plak utk prepare muscle sesuatu bodyparts tu sebelum working sets

mula2 body kita guna tenaga drpd glycogen dulu, baru lemak, so better weight dulu la, baru cardio (kalau nak fat loss). dgn cara ni, waktu weight kita guna tenaga drpd glycogen, performance pun lebih baik berbanding kalo guna tenaga drpd lemak, then bila cardio, kita dpt bakar lemak dgn lebih cepat, sebab glycogen dah dibakar waktu weight, tinggal nak bakar sisa2 glycogen je la waktu cardio, pastu terus bakar lemak (tu pun kalau glycogen lum habih).
performance jika menggunakan tenaga drpd lemak mmg x sebagus performance jika guna tenaga drpd glycogen, tp xpe la sebab nak fat loss kan.
utk weight, performance penting (so kena bakar glycogen). utk cardio pula, kalo tujuan nak fat loss, performance x penting, yg penting bakar lemak.

tak pun.. buat sit up - 300 kali
