Tadi potong kek tu kat umah mother in law..nampak dry n berterabur sikit huhu..rasa dh sedap tapi tak lembap kek tu huhu...

sue, kek rich choc moist kak jonah ni sue bakar ek? Kite buat tak jadi moist la..dry kalau bakar..kukus mmg moist. Tapi sue jual sumer bakar ek?
Sebenarnya kiter buat kali ni yg rasa dry pakai self raising flour. Yg memula wat yg kukus n moist cam gambar memula kat atas tu guna tepung gandum n serbuk penaik. Adakah itu salah satu sbbnya kek jadi dry?

sue wat semua versi bakar seri
so far ok jer....tak pulak jadik dry cam yg seri cakap tue
mb terlebih bakar kot tu yg jadik dry sket
rasanya pemilihan tepung tue bukan penyebab kek seri tu jadi dry
tu pendapat sue la
mb ada otai2 laen yg leh explain? silakan...silakan.....

ptg ni order n esok tghari dah nak

cuba wat camnie
300gm cooking choc + 100ml susu cair
double boil tapi make sure air tu bg mendidih tau
actually kepekatan topping ni bergantung kepada jenis dan jenama cooking choc
kalu boleh jgn la guna cooking choc jenama nona atau jenama2 yg jual kat hypermarket tue
dulu sue penah guna tapi outcome mmg hancuss
harap membantu saudari mymisteri.....

Nak share kek coklat yang Cup buat  few days ago...resipi ambik kat Myresipi - Death By Chocolate Cake. Tapi tak ikut sebiji-sebijik resipi tu..sepatutnya resipi tu resultnya jadi macam ala2 chocolate indulgence@Secret Recipe.. tapi memandangkan whipping cream tak cukup so saya just coverkan kek dgn chocolate ganache jer..

mmg kena cuba serikandi_gurl..senang jer nak buat..

tapi hari tu Cup gantikan secwn gula lagi tu dgn brown sugar..makna nya 1 cwn gula pasir & 1 cawan gula perang..

rasa kek tu pun tak manis sgt..jadi balancelah dgn topping tu nanti..


sedap tau kek ni..makan sampai terpejam2 mata...wakaka....

2 cawan gula tu gula aising ke? Wah, sampai terpejam-pejam mata tu maknanya mmg sedap bangat kek tu. Tu yg nak tu. Nak buat then jamu member or family. Uih, mesti sejuk je hati makan kek tu   Harus dicuba. Birthday my mum august ni. Insyaallah kali ni bila dh tahu wat kek spesel sendiri takyah la nak beli2 lagi kek SR. Satu kek tu pun bukan murah huhu...

Ni resipinyer..nama kek nih Death By Chocolate Cake..

Bahan:

2 cwn gula (kisar)
2 cwn tepung (ayak)
3 biji telur grade A
1 cwn serbuk koko
1 cwn susu cair
1 cwn minyak
1 cwn air panas didih
1 sudu teh baking powder
1 sudu teh esen vanila

utk ganache - double boilkan

100gm coklat masak
100ml susu cair
1 sudu makan minyak/

Cara-cara

tepung +koko+baking powder di ayak bersama

pukul gula dan telur sampai kembang, tambahkan esen vanila

masukkan susu dan minyak dlm adunan,kacau sebati

masukkan bahan2 yg diayak (cara 1) kedalam adunan
last skali masukkan air panas..kacau sebati
bakar selama 45 minit pd suhu 175-180degree(Kukus pun boleh gak +/- 1 jam)
