initial pakai mmg ok...nampak moist n berseri..jerawat pun kurang naik..gune cleanser cetaphil jek. tapi lelame dia jadik congested, pores tepi idung obvious, naik biji2 kecik kat dahi (cam white head), dagu n sikit kat pipi. sbb mmg x exfoliate langsung bile start gune retinol tu. xde duit kan nak beli whole range, nak campur2 takut salah. bile dok bace2 kat tenet, katenye mmg elok cari pencuci yg bole ilangkan dead cels kalu gune retinol. cube wat cam shey suggest tu...kot elok.. |

dulu sebelum cuba sk2 pernah gak guna retinol ni.. sekejap je, dlm 2-3 bulan.. samada shey xsabar or mmg xsesuai ngan kulit, kulit shey jadi mengelupas, kering.. muka pon kusam. lama2 bosan terus xguna... tp masa tu shey guna cleanser johnson n johnson, maybe sbb cleanser tu kuat kot.. tu yang dry.. ingt lepas deliver and kalau dah xbreastfeed ingat nak cuba gak aa guna balik retinol ni.. |

masa shey guna retinol dulu, mutia ade suggest guna PTR Sulfur Cooling Mask, this is the 2nd item yang kena ade kalau kite guna retinol. boleh beli kat BP, tapi kalau babe nak try, shey leh kasi sket.. masih ade lg, still guna sampai skang. tapi, scrub shey guna jenama st ives je. |

bb pakai ptr therapeutic sulfur masque...lbh krg same ke shey?..da lupe le...rasenye sulfur masque ptr ni ade dua jenis...
kalu ye, bb penah offer kat babe dulu tuh..hehehehe..mase muke babe memula breakout dulu...mask ni ok gak..but x help sgt still kene carik cleanser/exfoliate yg bagus gune dgn retinol ni...lepas abis biomedic bb nak try renova...same jek function..murah pun 90 hengget jek... |

Setahu liz, jenis gel punya cream mmg a bit strong dan can cause dry/irritating. Depends berapa percentage dia pula.
Ada ke ingredient dlm yr skincare contain Benzoyl Peroxide atau Glycolic Acid?
Satu lagi masa liz cuba pakai Retin A dr pharmacy mmg ianya bagi kulit kering.. pakai mlm nie. tmrw dah kering.. dan pimples naik. So I stop. Baru2 nie ada beli Retinol from BP so I hope tak jadik mcm babe... serammmm.. :pray::pray: |
