Dia kata memang pass la I buat
First time I buat hari tu.Tak sangka jadi.

Sis, if not mistaken kuah yg warna putih dia orang panggil mee cantonesse.

mallan, nazha punya plan nak buat mi kari dah dekat sebulan tak jalan2 projek..beli tauhu kering tu sampai 2 kali..dua2 buang..hahahah..(sebab dah tak elok)..ubi pun tadi check mcm ok jek lagi..tu pun dah 2minggu beli

siapa penah makan kantonis yee mee yang macam dijual kat MyNews cafe tu?
sedap gila lah.. aku baru try sekali last weekend, terkenang sampai arini..
cemana nak masak camtu ek? mee keras tu mana nak cari?
kalau dah ada resipi mintak mahap la yek..

Nanti kalau you buat lagi jgn lupa letak recipe ye dan gambar dia sekali. Hokkien mee tu mmg fav. Kat sini nak cari yg halal tak pernah jumpa pun. Yg tak halal tu banyak lah kali.

I buat ni pun sbb nak jamu kawan. Kalau tak mmg I jarang buat yg proper nye. I selalunye kalau ada lebih2 kuah kari yg I buat tu, I taruk je mee kalau rajin.

Yg gmbr tu I buat pakai daging sbb husband tak suka seafood. Tapi lepas masak, I ketepikan kuah sikit dlm periok kecik dan campurkan udang dan scallops. So bila my kawan2 makan, diaorg leh letak yg seafood tu kat atas. Jadi macam tabur2 kat atas.

mee bandung muar

Mula2 rebus spagetti.

Potong bahan2



Rebus packet mee bandung dlm air mendidih dan masukkan hirisan daging, sotong, sawi.


Masa nak hidang, ambil sesenduk kuah, masuk dlm kuali lain, dan pecahkan telur lepas tu masukkan mee yg dah direbus, gaul2..

Dalam gambar tu guna telur rebus sebab budak2 nak telur rebus, tapi mak dan pak budak suka telur pecah dalam
TAdaaaaa..... Siap!

Last Friday,dinner buat soup noodle with Chicken,Udang,Fish Ball and sayur park choy.

Bila dah letak soup tu tabur daun bawang,bawang goreng dan sedikit minyak bijan.

Ahakkksss....sis,don't worry la you kan expert bab masak2 ni.This noodle so easy la.1/2 hours dah siap.

LV....me nak tanya mcm mana LV masak everything nampak so fresh....ekceli dah
pernah cuba masak mee sup resepi LV jugak tapi tak jadi la mcm LV punya.......
tgk LV punya mee sup membuka selera tapikan bila saya masak mee sup menutup
selera lg ada...

Hi Imma,

Actually I tak ada apa2 secret receipi yer cuma one thing I can share with you,jangan lupa percik sikit minyak bijan dekat sup tu.Kalau pakai sudu tu may be dalam 2sudu teh minyak bijan dicampur dengan sup ok.

Lepas tu bila nak makan,after letak kuah sup tu kat noodle percik lagi sekali.
Bukan saja bau harum tapi rasa sup kita pun lebih sedap.
