Vivi claim team dia start planning dulu sebelum sleepyllama launch her product in dec 2018. In a way nak ckp itu idea asal duck & her team tak inspired pun dari sleepyllama. Maksudnya vivi masih nak kredit duck ialah designer asal. |

Ya betul. Vivy ni otak dia bisnes minded mmg fikir nk buat duit je. Org bisnes mcm ni mmg xkan fikir kesian or whatsoeva or rs serba salah if they ciplak a bit here n there or even overall coz mmg dunia bisnes mcm ni realitinya. Sbg contoh air boba tu.. tgok jela siapa start dulu, last2 ramai yg copycat sampai secret recipe pun duk sibuk jual boba.... So mmg kena hadap la... bersaing jela secara sihat.. |

Interesting when you said bersaing secara sihat. For me it is still wrong to plagiarise the whole concept. Sampai pegang berus pun nak tiru dah kenapa?
Kalau aku jadi vivy, dengan semua kelebihan yg aku ada; fame, connection, platform, source (funds & all the brains behind the brand) by all means I will prove my worth as the top dog. It is only natural to come up with the genuine idea (at least for the promo campaign).
As a person, aku rasa salah secara moral sbb sleepyllama tu menjual di bawah FV dan FV dpt profit dari situ. Tiba2 owner FV sendiri caras idea small independent designer yg di bawah dia. |

Bersaing secara sihat la duk dendiam kalau dh tahu n aware u tak boleh saman or whatsoever pun. Bukan pung pang pung pang duk condemn bisnes org. Nama pun bisnes. Pegan berus pun nk condemn silalah patent kan cara pegang berus tu.
Like what I said, cth bisnes boba kau masuk la The Alley ke Daboba ke Black Whale ke konsep cafe diorg still sama.. Even TeaLive sendiri pun ciplak Chatime. Or Xde lg la plak org saman menyaman pasal boba sbb xde spe pegi daftar patent. Nk ikutkan siapa yg invent boba drink tu boleh kaya juta2 silap2 billion hanya kerana boba. U pernah tgok photoshoot LV, Coach, Hermes ? Semua sama jah lebih kurg kalau tak letak brand I bet org pn xtau photoshoot tu utk brand apa. Even outlet diorg punya style display pun sama jugak. Ye aku paham kes bobba tuh. Aku paham ko ckp dlm bisnes sapa tiru sapa tak penting asalkan tak melanggar undang2.
Jadi apa perlu vivy justify panjang lebar dlm igs & tunjuk email discussion yg katanya dah mula dulu sebelum pihak satu lg launch product diorang. Itu implies dia nak claim idea tu dia yg mulakan dulu. Patut vivy guna hujah mcm ko ckp ni. Tak perlu ckp “no way we copied them or anyone”.

Dah si Nia accuse si Vivy, so Vivy defend herself lah for the sake of the her company. Cuma iols harap Vivy saman je la Nia ni kalau betul dia ada evident yg company dia mmg dh lama perap idea tu.
LV, Coach tak pernah claim diorg mangsa keadaan mcm si Nia. Masing2 fokus dgan vision company deyols jah wlupun ad byak similarities. |

Dahtu x payah la bising kalau nk bayar patent design harga ribu2 pn x mampu, what do u expect dari bisnes design tudung tu ? Kalau betul bisnes design tudung tu precious boleh generate beribu2 lemon pegi la patent. Kalau setakat generate ciput x payah la nk meradang meratib mcm rakyat pprt bila bisnes org lain lagi maju dari kau. Sedangkan resipi masakan pun boleh ditiru apalah sgat setakat design yg seakan2 inspired by. |

Tahap VV ni dia bagusnya hire Advertising Agency /Branding/ Creative Director kalau company dia yg kaya raya ni belum ada dept. camni. Nak product launch pun ada creative director biar original and maximum impact.
Mmg mahal tp puas hatilah. |
