Bicara Agama Mensyukuri Kurniaan&Nikmat Illahi
~jom kite kongsi2! ~
~Kalamullah
(Al-A'diyat: 6 dan 7)
Huraian:
MUSAHABAH DIRI WALAU SEMINIT....KEMANAKAH ARAH TUJU KITA ?

Renungan
Al-Maidah 5:

So the message is, don't challenge the orthodoxy, even if it might be wrong?
(Or: if you beg to differ with the current way Islam is being practised today because you think it's not quite true to the Book, just keep your mouth shut?)
That it? Okay, then. |

Actually Hadith yang berkatan dengan ayat berkenaan ialah ini tetapi ada kena mengena dengan 'too many questions asked'. Sekadar renungan sahaja....racer jangan terasa!!! sebab bukan niat saya terhadap sesiapa pun
Volume 9, Book 88, Number 211:
Narrated Anas:
The people started asking the Prophet too many questions importunately. So one day he ascended the pulpit and said, "You will not ask me any question but I will explain it to you." I looked right and left, and behold, every man was covering his head with his garment and weeping. Then got up a man who, whenever quarreling with somebody, used to be accused of not being the son of his father. He said, "O Allah's Apostle! Who is my father?" The Prophet replied, "Your father is Hudhaifa." Then 'Umar got up and said, "We accept Allah as our Lord, Islam as our religion and Muhammad as our Apostle and we seek refuge with Allah from the evil of afflictions." The Prophet said, " I have never seen the good and bad like on this day. No doubt, Paradise and Hell was displayed in front of me till I saw them in front of that wall," Qatada said: This Hadith used to be mentioned as an explanation of this Verse:-- 'O you who believe! Ask not questions about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble.' (5.101)
About asking too many religious questions in doubt
Volume 8, Book 73, Number 6:
Narrated Al-Mughira:
The Prophet said, "Allah has forbidden you ( 1 ) to be undutiful to your mothers (2) to withhold (what you should give) or (3) demand (what you do not deserve), and (4) to bury your daughters alive. And Allah has disliked that (A) you talk too much about others ( B), ask too many questions (in religion), or (C) waste your property." |

I'm curious, sis Baiduri: why do you insist on using these big fonts so much? Do you also shout at the top of your voice in daily life in order to make yourself heard, I wonder?
Can we wait for Jukebox to do further explanation?
Sure, why not. It's just that I waited a day, and then I saw him commenting on other things but not this one. I'm curious as to what he meant by posting this verse. Eating chillies and all that, y'know...
why not we focus on other important matters
Like, for example, is it okay to wear an orange tudung or not, perhaps? Y'know, *really* important stuff like that, hey?
Why not we acquire knowledge as much as we can & explore/discover new things to keep us ahead/advance with other races on this planet?
You mean, knowledge that you agree with, I take it? Or knowledge that comes only from traditional man-made kitabs? Cos I see sometimes people posting things that sound like good, contemporary knowledge that can keep us ahead of the game, if we bothered to think about what they're saying. Yet you have rejected them, presumably because they did not tally with what you seem to think Islam is all about.
Should I even have to highlight those postings? (And no, I'm not talking about my posts...)

Thanks. Maybe you should post also the verses on the Jews and the calf they were supposed to sacrifice? Just to illustrate what happens when people keep asking too many questions about the details of ibadah? |

Tepat sekali. Isu tudunglah org kat sini suka sgt discuss. Nak tau siapa. Cuba check kat LP Forum. Org yg suka pakai bowtie tu ha!
Cuba renungkan. What's wrong with tudung? Maybe tudung boleh menyekat aliran darah & oxygen sampai wanita2 Islam tak boleh fikir.
BTW, pasal font tu - suka2lah nak guna kecik/besar & mcm2 warna. Barulah best berforum. Colorful jugak suasana kat sini. |

No, sis, you are not right. And I don't know where that one came from, either... really left-field, that.
Man with the bow-tie? I think I know who you mean. Who is the guy, anyway? An ulama? A leader of people? Doesn't sound like it, to me. So who cares what he says? It's just a personal opinion, not a fatwa. |
