I am planning to hold my sons' birthday party. Wanna hire a party planner and dunno where to by the cakes and what are the activities. Notice that you used to hire a party planner. Would appreciate if you could provide me with the contact number of the party planner and where can I get a customise cake for the party sometime next month.Also would appreciate if you could recommend a good caterer.

Tak taulah if my story ni related to the posting or not...
My daugther punya classmates (few of them) ada buat kat Kizsports & Gym kat 1 Utama. Price person about RM35 and above tapi diorang take care of everything (foods, cake and entertainement). But for my daughter, I booked aje kat McDO Mutiara (nex to Ikea) for this march. Everyting included except cake (party pack, foods entertainment). Per person price is 13 - 14 RM. Ada dua package normal and princess party, I ambik both package as my girl ni very girly...Party duration sejam setengah.
Semalam dah start beli some souvenirs to add dalam party pack such as stickers for boys and girls. Next week nak cari pulak some toys yang not too expensive or hazardous..

Mcm-mcm. Depending on ur budget, boleh panggil ballonist, buat magic show, sand art (kids loves this the most!), face & body painting...mcm-mcm lah.
Mcm at one particular party I went, the theme was Finding Nemo. The host bukaklah satu blow up pool yg kecil and lepaskan anak-anak ikan dlm pool tu. The kids semua diberikan a small bucket and with the nets yg disediakan, they were to scoop a fish they liked to be taken home. The kids seemed to enjoy that. The best part, it doubles as a party giveaway!
You could alsohave pinatas, although make sure ada space sebab you never know how far a child could go hitting blindlessly or worse, the bat might fly off.
Kalau bigger kids,depa might enjoy a more active activity yg mcm ala ala sukaneka tu.
Just look up the internet and you'd be surprisedto find all sorts of party games and ideas there are out there. For my daughter's 3rd, I threw a costume party. The kids had so much fun playing the activities I had provided but they seemed to have enjoyed more playing pretend in their costumes. |

Kalo cakes pulak. I know 2 ladies yg buat gorgeous custom made birthday cakes. Sorang melayu kat Subang Jaya & sorang lagi cina kat Bandar Utama. They charge about RM170 for 2 kgs & tambah another RM50 for every subsequent kgs. Aku paste kat ko cth kek depa ek...

Bagus le...boleh tambah idea.
Last year I dah buat cake barney..pastu goodie bags, party semua dah ready2 utk buat kat nursery anak i, tup2 adik dia demam teruk kena warded. So sian my son kena celebrate ngan cikgu n kenkawan dia.
I and hubby tak dpt join.

Hi, kalau U ada budget lebih apa salahnyer, yg penting ambil gambar birthday baby tu banyak2 supaya bila dia besar nanti boleh jadi kenang-kenangan. Kalau Budget sikit pun, kita masih boleh buat party untuk baby kita, tapi makanan nyer janganlah yang mahal-mahal, kek pulak boleh buat sendiri walaupun tak cantik tapi lagi special kalau mummy dia sendiri yang buat. Kalau tak pandai buat kek pun, maybe U boleh beli butter cake yg plain tu dan balik rumah, bubuh je icing sendiri. Kalu nak lagi kreatif. Kita boleh potong kek tu ikut bentuk yg kita nak, contoh, bentuk no 1 ke atau watak kartun yg kita nak ke, then, cover it up with icing. LAGI SPECIAL! Bila dia besar nanti dia akan lebih appreciate apa yg kita buat untuk dia. Ok tak my idea? |

Atau, kalau ada sesiapa yg memang ada budget besar untuk celebrate party anak dia, maybe boleh print gambar birthday baby tu pada pinggan kertas, cawan kertas, kertas tisu, goody bag dan yg seumpamanya. Boleh juga buat Birthday Banner. Barang yg nak bubuh dalam goody bag tu pun boleh buat custom, contohnya, kalau kita bagi alat tulis, mungkin boleh print gambar anak kita pada alat tulis tu, so semua tetamu yg dapat barang ni akan ingat birthday party anak kita tu. |
