mammogram is a radiograph of a breast, breast x-ray lah kiranya.
mammogram ada kat semua state, teaching and private hospital. cost: rm80-rm200 depends on where are you going. rm80 govt, rm 200 private
to do a mammogram, mesti check dulu by surgeon. if age more than 40 baru boleh buat mammogram,
sbb breast tissue dah loosen, usually if age less than 40 kita buat breast ultrasound.
if ada breast lump, cecepat jumpe dokter, nanti boleh laa buat mammogram or breast ultrasound ;P |

...actually...mammogram nie ada 2 macam...one is called screening mammogram which is done for women yang tak de symptoms of breast cancer......for screening mammogram...dr usually recommend it to be done anually once u reach the age of 40...
...the other type is called the diagnostic mammogram which is one that is done for those yang ada symptoms of breast cancer or yang presented with a breast lump...regardless of their age...and...most of the time...an ultrasound of the breast is also done to better evaluate breast abnormalities that are found during screening or diagnostic mammography...:ting: |

...mammogram nie is the most accurate test for breast cancer...90% to 95% of breast cancers are detected with mammograms...
How to prepare for a mammogram?
• make your mammogram appointment one week after your period...your breasts hurt less after your period...
• do not wear deodorant/talcum powder or lotion under your arms or on your breasts on the day of the examination...
• describe any breast symptoms or problems to the technologist performing the exam...
...if u are pregnant or still breastfeeding...then...let your doctor know of it...
How is the procedure performed?
• u will be asked to undress from the waist up....depending on the type of equipment used u will either sit or stand...
• the technologist will position you in front of a special x-ray machine to image your breasts....she then places your breasts (one at a time) between two plastic plates....the plates press your breast and make it flat...nie yang ramai takutkan nie...sebab...ada women yang kata sakit...ada yang kata slight discomfort saja...heh...
• u will be asked to change positions slightly between images...the routine views are a top-to-bottom view and a side view....the process is repeated for the other breast...
• the examination process should take about half an hour...when the mammography is completed you will be asked to wait until the technologist examines the images to determine if more are needed...

Itu yg nak tanya kalu nak buat gak mammogram ni utk safety purpose, age below 40, rasanya berbaloi ke?
Atau jumpa je dr perempuan, mintak dia tolong buatkan checking....ada ka macam ini? |

Sebab Ain tanya ni....tangan sebelah kanan bawah ketiak ni rasa lenguh pastu campur ngan sengal. Breast pun rasa sakit berdenyut. Kena picit2 baru lega sikit.
Memula ingat sebab nak period, dah habis period pun sakit cam tu gak.....
Ke breast nak membesar ek???? |

...sis...mammogram nie ko tak bley perform sendiri...u need a special machine to have this done...mammogram nie is actually an x-ray of the breast...
...mungkin yang ko maksudkan is the breast self examination which should be done by every women regularly on a monthly basis...and yes...this examination helps alot in detecting breast lump...in fact...this is the most common reason why women seek dr consult for further evaluation...
...breast self examination nie is actually easy to do...kalau ko tak tau cara2nya...ko click kat link yang aku kasi...ada video yang demonstrate on the proper way of doing this examination...

Notes: Hari ini tangan kanan memang rasa lenguh, sengal sampai bawak ke bahu, picit puting ada kuar air tapi basah kat hujung je.....insyallah minggu ni nak pergi check up. Mudahan semuanya selamat. |

mak aiiii pelik2 penyakit nih... setau aku la kalu org belum kawin mana ada sindrom susu nih... tapi lepas2 aku tgk citer CIS isnin lepas baru aku tau, rupa2nye otak kite yg mengontrol segala hal, walaupun kite belum kawin dan masih perawan, tapi jika dlam otak tu ada rase keinginan untuk mengandung dan ade anak, automatik susu boleh keluar... entah lah...
ok nak jawap tuan punye rumah punye masalah.... dulu2 mase kecik2 dlm 10 11 taun, aku ada sepupu lelaki, bawah umo dari aku, dia nih kalu sekali tgk teteknye lagi beso dari aku... aku pun pelik la, tapi opah ngan makcik aku selamba jek tak heran pun, yg aku pelik lagi satu nih, dia ni suke main2 ngan kucing, sampai kucing baby pun isap tetek dia tu.... eeeee... geli la aku, agaknye itu la puncenye tetek lelaki dia membesar, hahahahahha..... logik tak?... opppp lupa, tetek sebelah kanan dia tak silap aku. |

oh ya kalu gatai2 kat puting tu biasenye kite malas nak bersihkan, kotor dan kuman la tu.... pakai bra pun seminggu sekali... aahhha... tak la... pi la cek doktor kalu rase muskil...
ok aku punye masalah lak... aku ni ade kelejar lemak yg byk kat bawak ketiak aku, dari taun ketaun lemak tu makin byk... sampai dah tak selesa, kadang2 sakit kadang2 tak... yg lecehnye kalu pakai baju seksi je dah malu ngn laki... buruk sgt... igt nak oprate je buang... berapa la kos dia ye... aku nih mmg gemok pun, tapi aku tgk ade gak org yg lagi gemuk dari aku, tapi ketiak2 tak kaco lak... emmmm tolongggg!! |
