ekekekeke...memang besar kacip.....tapi puas hati makan....kak emo fail bab inti custard dia jek,nak kena try lagi sekali..kalo camera ku tak rosak, memang ku tempel kat sini so semua boleh pakat gelak sama2

ni Cream Puff saya buat guna kaedah dan resepi Shida...

saya rasa macam gagal je...

Shida nak tanya, lepas dah masuk telur tu, kena putar lama sikit je untuk pekatkan doh tu?? sbb saya punya agak cair...bila pipe tak lawa, dan banyak sangat berongga...

and masa nak masuk telur tu, mmg kena tunggu sejuk betul ke or suam-suam boleh beat dah..

tak puas hati...nak buat balik lagi sekalik....

mlm td, buat creampuff, nak bawak ke ofis & pg ni, nak buat inti tak perasan, susu tak beli..so, buat inti tuna je..

sblum ni, saya tunggu adunan suam2 kuku baru beat tp yg tbaru ni, lepas matikan api, saya terus beat sampai adunan tu sejuk. outcomenya sama je.. yg pasti oven kena btul2 panas. ikut resepi yg saya jumpa kat internet, temperature digunakan 200C. sebelum mbakar disuruh sembur air permukaan puff. sebab musabab tidak diberi pulak

saya pun buat gitu...terus beat masa panas2 tu sehingga adunan sejuk, pastu sebelum masuk oven, renjis-renjiskan air di permukaan puff pastu terus masuk oven...oven jgn sesekali bukak sehingga masak...

kulit puff boleh buat malam ni & intinya, kalau buat boleh simpan dalam fridge..kalau tak pon, intinya buat pg esok

Ni cream puff yang pernah saya buat...



selalu buat puff tu jadi lembik tapi kali ni berdiri gagah. Tapi, dah lupa resepi siapa dan camana resepinya. Dah terhilangkan. Pasni nak kena cari balik resepi dalam tread ni sebab nak buat lagi.

Buat makan brekfest tadi..ntah jd dah kot..kt malysia hari tu makan sekali jer tk sempat nk belek..berongga2 dah kt dalam tu lembut jer...sekali hadap 2tray terus.

gambar masa letak kastard tu teruk sngt..nie gara2 bapa budak yg letak, penyek habis cream puff gue
