masa index tengah tinggi...anda akan lihat performance other UT companies mencanak2 naik.

but what makes PM special??

preservation and consistencies on each of PM funds....and the hard and smart working of its agents like us...in managing and monitoring clients investment. we have "SWITCHING" process which will minimize your losses and/or lock your profit.

AKU TLG JWB YEE.....

Katakan aku nak invest dlm 10K...then

1) apa jenis fund yg ko nak suggest kat aku..?

WE PROMOTE ON ISLAMIC BASED FUNDS..TERPULANG PD U..NAK RISK YG MACAM MANA...EITHER CONSERVATIVE, MODERATE OR AGGRESSIVE.

SIMPLE CONCEPT - HIGH RISK HIGH RETURN.

WE RECOMMEND - PIOF AND PIEF

2) apa jenis tahap financial aku ni..?
(spt yg ko ckp kat Hana kena tgk tahap financial tu..)

KENA TGK EITHER U WANT TO INVEST ONE LUMP SUM OR REGULAR SAVING (SI)

3) Service charge dia ko tekan sekali jek kan..?
masa memula invest tu kan..? then,

WE CHARGED U 6.50%....EG.: IF U INVEST 10K...WE WILL DEDUCT UPFRONT
   RM650

bila aku nak jual balik UT,..ko charge lagi tak..?...NO CHARGE.

4) Normally arg invest/jual balik UT ni lepas berapa lama simpan..?
   1 thn..? 2 thn..? > dr 3 thn..?

UT IS MEDIUM TO LONG TERM OF INVESTMENT (3-5 YEARS)

UT agent bukan remisier.

remisier - the person which is licensed issued by SC and registered by Bursa Malaysia..a person to act on behalf of their clients in purchasing / selling stocks listed in Bursa Malaysia....remisier attached with stockbroking companies.

UT agent plak....a person which is licensed and registered by FMUTM. UT agent attached with UT company such as PMutual, CIMB WA etc.

a person can be both.

1) Kenapa recommend PIOF and PIEF?
1.1) ape maksud risk conservative? apa maksud risk moderate? (maksud aku dari segi %)

2) Ape maksud "invest one lump sum"? dan ape maksud "invest regular savings"
2.1) Adakah maksud "regular savings" tu..client masukkan every month RM100?
2.2) kalau katakan koko2 nie nak invest one lump sum - itu ape makna tahap financial dia?
2.3) kalau katakan koko2 nie nak invest regular savings - itu ape makna tahap financial dia?

3) kalau ambik PIOF or PIEF, jual balik lepas 3thn, akan dpt brp untung?
3.1) kalau ambik PIOF or PIEF, jual balik lepas 5thn, akan dpt brp untung?
3.2) Fund yg mana sesuai tuk dptkan untung selepas 1 thn?
3.3) Biasanye org2 yg invest RM5K, akan ambik fund yg mana? dan derang simpan brp thn? dan derang dpt brp untung (averagely la)?

4) katakan aku yek.. aku nie on regular savings..let say...aku invest permulaan.. RM2ribu..then..on regular savings..RM100 every month..
dana ape yg sesuai utk aku? which membolehkan aku dpt untung every year? (aku dpt dividen la). brp ek keuntungan aku every year?
or..takder langsung yg sesuai? ekekekekekeke..

MEH NAK JAWAB......

1) Kenapa recommend PIOF and PIEF?

BOTH ISLAMIC EQUITY FUNDS. HIGH RETURN.

1.1) ape maksud risk conservative? apa maksud risk moderate? (maksud aku dari segi %)

CONSERVATIVE = LOW RISK
MODERATE = MEDIUM RISK
AGGRESSIVE = HIGH RISK

IN TERM OF % ( NOT SPECIFIC )

2) Ape maksud "invest one lump sum"? dan ape maksud "invest regular savings"

ONE LUMP SUM = MEANING U INVEST A LUMP SUM AMOUNT EG.: RM10K OR RM50K OR RM100K.

REGULAR SAVINGS = U INVEST ON REGULAR BASIS (EVERY MONTH) EG.: 1ST MONTH U INVEST RM1K (MIN.) AND EVERY MONTH U INVEST RM100 (MIN.).

2.1) Adakah maksud "regular savings" tu..client masukkan every month RM100?

ANY AMOUNT WILL DO..BUT MINIMUM IS RM100.

2.2) kalau katakan koko2 nie nak invest one lump sum - itu ape makna tahap financial dia?
2.3) kalau katakan koko2 nie nak invest regular savings - itu ape makna tahap financial dia?

NO SPECIFIC ANSWER FOR THIS....SOME CLIENT HAVE LOTS OF MONEY BUT PREFER TO INVEST ON REGULAR BASIS (PART OF HIS/HER MONTHLY SAVINGS) AND VICE VERSA.

3) kalau ambik PIOF or PIEF, jual balik lepas 3thn, akan dpt brp untung?

DEPENDS ON MARKET, MINIMUM (BUT NOT GUARANTEE) IS >10% PER YEAR.

3.1) kalau ambik PIOF or PIEF, jual balik lepas 5thn, akan dpt brp untung?

SAME AS ABOVE (3.0)

3.2) Fund yg mana sesuai tuk dptkan untung selepas 1 thn?

PIOF

3.3) Biasanye org2 yg invest RM5K, akan ambik fund yg mana? dan derang simpan brp thn? dan derang dpt brp untung (averagely la)?

EITHER PIOF OR PIEF. DEPENDS ON MARKET AND ALSO DEPENDS ON WHAT CLIENT NEEDS. WE RECOMMEND FOR 3-5 YEARS, BUT MINIMUM IS 1 YEAR. AVERAGE AROUND 10% - 15%.

4) katakan aku yek.. aku nie on regular savings..let say...aku invest permulaan.. RM2ribu..then..on regular savings..RM100 every month..
dana ape yg sesuai utk aku? which membolehkan aku dpt untung every year? (aku dpt dividen la). brp ek keuntungan aku every year?
or..takder langsung yg sesuai? ekekekekekeke..
(nie saja saja tanyaa ajek..aku tak der duit punn sebenarnya)

ADVANTAGE OF REGULAR SAVINGS..U WILL HAVE A TOTAL OF AVERAGE PRICE.

EG.: U INVEST RM2K..MONTHLY RM100 FOR 6 MONTHS...FUND: PIOF

2,000 / 0.3700 = 5,405.41 (UNITS)
100 / 0.3600 = 277.78
100 / 0.3655 = 273.60
100 / 0.3670 = 272.48
100 / 0.3679 = 271.81
100 / 0.3615 = 276.63
100 / 0.3690 = 271.00

TOTAL (RM) = 2,600
TOTAL (UNITS)  = 7,048.71

2,600 / 7,048.71 = RM0.3689 PER UNIT

STILL AS WHAT I RECOMMEND ABOVE..IN TERM OF FUNDS AND RETURN.

hopefully i answer all your Qs as what you expected and need. if anything, feel free to ask me or any of my friends here. we are in the same group (UNIVEST GROUP), led by Mr. Kirawang (our GAM). correct me if i mislead or provide wrong info regarding this matter, u or anybody are most welcome.

Thx and rgds.

example:

if return 15% per year (capital gain)...u will get compounded amount of RM15,208.75 at the end of 3rd year. why compounded amount?? we exercise "SWITCHING" to lock your profit and reinvest the whole amount every year.

yes .... u can...we call it DIVIDEND PAY OUT, instead of reinvest.

    is after / b4 zakat..?

Jadinya bayaran dividen bukanlah Tax Free spt ASB..?
(Hmmm..pepenat nyimpan...tahan napsu..alih2 kena cukai lagik..??)

Tax ni biasanya brapa %?

dan...

Rasanya pembayaran dividen itu adalah sebelum zakat spt apa yg Bank Rakyat

dan Bank Persatuan buat iaitu dividen adalah selepas zakat....

corporate tax = 28%. next year 27%

this tax can be included when u file for BE form.

only on dividend...but tax free on your capital gain return....which is 15% per year (refer to the above example).
