Kegunaan.

Campuran herba ibu bersalin, buasir, sakit dalam tulang, meroyan.

Kaedah.

Air rebusan keseluruhan pokoknya terutama bahagian akarnya diminum. Selain daripada itu juga , keseluruhan pokok ini juga boleh dijadikan debu dan digunakan untuk rawatan buasir dengan cara menyapu pada bahagian  buasir yang keluar.

Bengkak badan, Bisul, Herba bersalin, Sakit dalam tulang, Kutu di kepala, Panau.

Kaedah.
Bagai perawatan panau, rizomnya dicampur dengan minyak gasoline  lalu digosok pada panau dan dibalut pada kepala bagi perawatan kutu. Manakala bagi perawatan bengkak badan, herba bersalin dan sakit tulang  air rebusannya dibuat mandian

yerlah kak noor kaum kerabat kucai pak dia daun bawang kot..sbb klu potong pedih mata2 cam bawang tp rasa plak cam kucai..mmg sah depa dua nie kawin..

buah pala = nutmeg kan?

sesetengah resepi mashed potato ada buh grated nutmeg...akak dah try anak2 tak suka pulak..akak pun tak suka..w'pun buh sket je..tapi baunya mmg kuat
