kolesterol tak kisah sangat kurus dan gemuk, yang gemuk, risiko tinggi dapat kolesterol,tinggi. tapi yang kurus, juga boleh dapat kalau sejarah keluarga ada penyakit cam ni. sebab makanan yang menyebabkan kolesterol hanya 1/3, sedangkan liver yang mengeluarkan kolesterol ialah 2/3.total kolesterol itu tak tepat, kena check detailnya, penting tengok LDL-C. sebaik-baiknya kurang daripada 2.6mmol/L.

salam...nak join gak...baru terjumpa tajuk ni....suatumasa (SM) pun tgi gak kolestrol....badan kurus jek...tp bab makan mmg tak pantang....dulu2 lg tinggi...bila cek tu,kat alat tu siap tulis high kolestrol....takleh detect....pastu SM amalkam fish oil tiap2 mlm seblm tido....makan oat....lama2 bacaan turun....pastu sejak kawin,beranakan,mkn makinb menjd2...last2 bila cek,naik jd 7....kene marah dgn doc sebab bp pun tgi 148/98....huhuhu....padan la selalu sakit tengkuk,pening2,ngantuk,bdn rasa tak selesa......

bila dah takut,apa yg SM buat,
-amalkan senaman dgn cr berjoging,gosok bj tak buka kipas..biar berpeluh2...supaya toksin2 dr badan tu kuar...makan fish oil,garlic oil cap,blend epal ijau,celery,peria,timun...minum airnyer.....makan buah pisang kaki,oat,buah naga....mcm2 cara la asalkan tak makan ubat2 hosp ni...bukan per,takut byk sgt makan ubat,efek kat buah pgang lak....

lg satu,SM tukarkan beras drpd beras wangi--> herba ponni taj mahal,myk sawit --> myk bunga matahari naturel @ carotino....

samela gak ni...hr tu cek cholestrol..tinggi sgt.....7.9...seram....tiap2 pg makan 5 besar sudu oat + 1 sudu milo....pastu skang ni br nk beli omega 3 fish oil .....mkn epal pon ok gak...
kadang2 klu x keje...buat sup ayam + oat + carrot sket..nyum2....

lg sebulan br nk cek lg skali cholestrol....

    actually its not the milk content yang reducekan the cholesterol, its the oat (fiber) and omega 3 yang menurunkan...

    nak chip in gak....hehehehe

LDL is the bad cholesterol, so a good reading will be anything less than 2.6

but you need to have the good cholesterol gak, which is HDL, and reading yang baik is anything above than 1.2
