hari ni dengar kat radio, bank nak naikkan interest housing loan dan no more zero moving cost sbb katanya economy is showing a positive trend.

aku pun ada dngr gitu jugak dr banker.. katanya effective isnin depan ni.. interest akan naik balik

nasib baik nama aku sempat masuk dlm sistem. walaupun aku dh lmbt skit utk catch up BLR -2.00 offer awal tahun, loan yg aku apply bln lepas dgn BLR - 1.40 masih lg rendah berbanding tahun2 sblm ni tapi aku ambik fixed rate 4.15 hehe... plus minus kalau aku amik conventional, rate masih sama tapi fluctuate so aku decide amik fixed.
Addition, aku leh dpt cash 10k since aku wat loan tinggi dr harga rumah yg kubeli berbaloi2. rumah seken yg aku beli tu pun mmg dh ada org dok sewa so dh tak susah hati nk bayaq kt bank nanti.

baru decide nak war2kan pd kengkawan soh wat refinance this year, grab the opportunity tp bank dh decide nak naikkan interest balikhmy3:

Nasib baik sempat wat refinancing bulan Ogos lepas, tgh tunggu lebihan tunai entah bila tak tau lagi....

pandai bank tu yerrrr nak upkan sales
fakta sebenar bukan ramai pun orang yg nak refinance, beli rumah baru
so dikata lar naik itu ini next year, bijak bijak....

ari tu dpt flyer dari affinbank on housing loan.. interest menariklah, repayment leh sampai bangka  - 75 yrs old.. tah ada umur tah idak.. tapi mmg tak de zero entry cost lagi dah...

nak tnye,if bank kasik sampai 80% je kan,leh appeal utk dptkan 90% kan?

la ni tgh appeal,katenye seminggu.katenye laaaa

alasan kasik 80%,sbb die kate sy mampu byr deposit

hoh ini budus punye org pun ada ka.org nak kasik die kaye,die lak takmo

or should i find another bank?

Merepek je alasan tu. Biasanya 80% dp ni utk commercial properties je.

Cari bank lain lagi bagus.

die memang kate bukan isu komitmen,repayment every month tak sampai pun 30% of salary

tgh appeal,kalo tak dapat gak,harus aku ban bank ni n cari lain

nak pg hsbc,tapi end financier mase tu cimb,terpaksa la ambik

ni start november kene byr ape tah legal fee bagai,cimb je extend until mid of november.

bank lain sume start 1st november,once bank negara umum

terpaksa nye kes

89# damiqula beli rumah harga above 100k kan? since u mention about zero moving cost, mmg skrg byk bank dah tak offer since last monday tapi hsbc masih ada offer ni... option la if u want free fees.. interest tinggi skit but still lagi mantap dr bank lain (hsbc -1.9 others 1.8) kalau legal fees u nak byr sendiri, interest dia lg cantik -2.++

cuba jer... i rasa takde masalah pun if u nak apply bank lain since cimb boleh offer u 80% jer..i plak menyesal sbb apply loan kat satu bank jer ari tuh, but then bila ada problem, banyak songeh plus lembab giler dah buang masa banyak sampai sebulan end up nothing
now i apply cimb, hsbc, public bank sekaligus! tgk mana offer n feedback bagus

nak tanya since my fren ada mslh sikit

dia nak refinance umah dia from gov ke any bank..tapi bole ker nak refinance since hutang ngan gov tu baru aje dia bayar dlm 4 bulan..dia nak refinance cause dia berhenti from gov?
