1. Settle hutang terus ---> kita tak tau bila kita dipanggil ilahi
@ invest in one investment scheme yang boleh dikembangkan dan make sure kalau kita mati semua RM tu diguna utk bayar hutang tu dulu. ( Wasiatkan )

2. Beli property ( rumah / apartment ) ----> boleh dapatkan untung dari sewa. Jangan invest semua sebab aset tak cair n risiko lain ada jgk ( bencana alam, dsb) + ada liabiliti tersembunyi ( repair / cukai / dan sebagainya).

3. Masuk sikit dalam ASB. - Aset Cair

4. Invest in physical Gold sikit.

5. Simpan sikit in Unit Trust ---> Aset Cair ---> choose beberapa fund. jangan ambik satu je. Ada mcm2 fund untuk dipilih. ( Commodities, FD, Money Market, Big Companies dan sebagainya )

Wanted to do the same coz baru beli condo for RM385K
Cash ada tapi dalam asb, so ingat dividen asb boleh cover payment + sewa condo itself (RM1800-RM2000)
Tapi tak sure dapat bank loan tak sebab dah tak kerja lagi + ccris anak not gud(apply 2 nama dengan anak)
Dah apply 5 bank , satu bank dah reject..huhuhu sbb ccriss anak tak cantik.
Kalau x dpt bnk loan terpaksalah pakai cash... terasa mcm rugi pulak

Same scenario cam tt, ada cash in hand
If im tt, I'll invest the money in asb , bank rakyat, etc ... low risk investment
Dividen dia can  pay off yr debts earlier

i have  a question abt selesaikan hutang dulu.

bila kita beli rumah atau ambik personal loan, kita di wajibkan mengambil insuran nyawa supaya bila kita mati sebelum selesai bayar balik hutang, insuran nyawa tadi akan membayar on our behalf. Betul ke? kalau betul, perlu ke kita selesaikan hutang secepat mungkin sebelum waktu nya?

jap2 MRTA tu bukan utk cover hutang ke if anything happen to peminjam..ini utk housing loan
je la..bukan utang kereta

yup..jika meninggal dunia insurans akan cover..sama ada separuh atau semua...tengok la berapa insurans anda...jika tidak ada insurans itu yang akan menyusahkan ramai pihak...mungkin penama kedua etc...

Step 3: Balance (50k)
if you are aggressive, buy 50% malaysia equity fund and 50% asiapac fund
if you are conservative, buy balance fund
