abih tuh....nak berhijrah ke mana plak????

rasanyer sebb Marikh dipilih .. first .. keadaan mukabuminyer agak sama ngan Bumi ...
kedua sebbnyer pusingan Marikh n matahari lebih kurang sama ngan bumi ..
ketiga sebbnyer kandungan udara pun lebih kurang sama cuma ada satu jenis udara yg terlebih peratus nyer .. Fly tak sure udara aper .. tp masalah tuh boleh diselesaikan jika penanaman tumbuh-tumbuhan hijau dilakukan bg menstabilkan peratus udara n menaikkan lagi peratus oksigen di Marikh ...

About Planet Mars

ok nih maklumat yg Fly jumpa ...

Introduction of Mars

These educational resources utilize our understanding of the portion of Earth's atmosphere in which we live, capitalize on prior investigations of Mars, and exploit Pathfinders investigations measurements, as well as those of future missions. A primary goal is to help students explore the similarity and differences between the weather of Mars and Earth, since these provide exciting and important science concepts related to numerous other fields: they also provide an excellent basis for understanding the methodology and nature of scientific inquiries.

Mars, of all the planets in our solar system, is the most similar to Earth. These materials describe some of the general characteristics of Mars, concentrating on those important to Martian meteorology, especially observations of atmospheric temperature . Although its diameter is only 53% that of Earth, it has dramatic geological features ranging from a 3000 mile (~ 5,000 km) long canyon system and Martian volcanos, that rise 29 km, more than 90,000 feet, above the mean Martian surface. The axis about which Mars rotates, is inclined approximately 23.98

Atmospheric temperatures, winds & atmospheric dusts

Atmospheric temperatures are the featured Pathfinder meteorological observations and the temperatures encountered at the surface of Earth and Mars provide the primary basis for these developments. All prior surface based Mars atmospheric meteorological observations were obtained by the Viking Meteorology Experiment. The temperatures on the two landers, measured at 1.5 meters above the surface, range from + 1

Kandungan udara di atmosfera planet Mars

Surface atmospheric pressure: ~6.1 mb (about 1/150th that of Earth's)
Surface gas density: ~0.020 kg/m3
Atmospheric scale height: 11.1 km
Average temperature: ~210 K (-63 degrees Celsius)
Wind speeds: 2-7 m/s (summer), 5-10 m/s (fall), 17-30 m/s (dust storm)

Composition:

Major gases (percentage by moles): Carbon Dioxide (CO2) - 95.32%
Nitrogen (N2) - 2.7%
Argon (Ar) - 1.6%
Oxygen (O2) - 0.13%
Carbon Monoxide (CO) - 0.08%
Minor (parts per million): Water (H2O) - 210
Nitrogen Oxide (NO) - 100
Neon (Ne) - 2.5
Hydrogen-Deuterium-Oxygen (HDO) - 0.85
Krypton (Kr) - 0.3
Xenon (Xe) - 0.08

Current martian atmosphere is sparse, cold, dry, and nearly all carbon dioxide. It is a dismal, barren environment characterized by strong winds which can exceed 100 miles per hour, causing vicious dust storms which erode surface structures. These winds are driven by seasonal heating and are  most common when Mars is closest to the Sun (in its relatively eccentric orbit). Such strong dust storms kick up extremely large dust clouds which then combine with carbon dioxide ice in the air, creating an ambient "haze" in the atmosphere. Incident light from the Sun is refracted by these smog-like clouds, giving Mars its characteristic gray to yellowish sky, so different from Earth's blue.

Like Earth, Mars' rotational axis is not perpindicular to the plane of its rotation around the sun. Because of this Mars experiences "seasons" analogous to Earth's, characterized by temperature changes which trigger large winds, hazier horizons and many cirrus-like clouds. There are no water clouds in the Martian sky; because of the temperature and pressure,  water passes straight from solid to gas and back. Mars does have a very thin ozone layer at its thickest above the poles; it is only 1/50th as thick as Earth's. It is not thick enough to shield the planet from radiation bombardment or prevent the escape of volatiles into space. Current data suggests that much of Mars' past atmosphere has been lost through this process.

The martian atmosphere 3.8 billion years ago was thicker, warmer, wetter and more conducive to life.  The composition of Mars' atmosphere differs from Earth's not only in the relative composition of gases but also in the ratio of isotopes of a given substance (e.g: deuterium/hydrogen, argon38/argon36, xenon136/xenon130), with a higher relative amount of the heavier isotope in every case. This tells us that the lighter isotopes have been preferentially lost. The explanation for this is simple: lighter isotopes experience less gravitational attraction to the planet and have been lost faster into space than the heavier ones. Therefore Mars must have once had a much thicker atmosphere.

Crater erosion patterns provide strong clues as to what the atmosphere was like just over 3.5 billion years ago(crater erosion stopped at that time). Craters smaller than 15km from that period have been obliterated almost entirely and the rest are substantially eroded. The pattern of their erosion indicates a surface drainage flow of some kind. This tells us that the atmosphere must have been significantly warmer, warm enough to allow substances, at least temporarily, to assume liquid form.  Scientists postulate [or we postulate] that CO2 was released in sufficiently high amounts (even as high as 1-2 bars pressure) to create a greenhouse effect and warm the planet, allowing temporary liquid water to flow and erode the surface of Mars.  It is this postulated existence of ancient liquid water which holds out the possibility of life on Mars.

Whatever the ancient case was, it is quite clear that most of Mars' volatiles and atmospheric gases have been lost to space over the epochs, leaving only a thin wisp of what once existed.

Allah maha kusa, maha pencipta.... kemampuan Allah amat besar tiada tandingan....

hmm .. utk memulakan sesuatu yg baru ... kalau diikutkan mmg payah n banyak risiko nyer ...
n manusia terpaksa menyesuaikan diri ngan suasana baru .. tp jikalau bumi tidak mampu kepadatan manusia pd masa akan dtg .. maner lagi nak letak ... so skarang nih ler manusia kene mencara alternatif ... skarang nih planet marikh dipilih sebb keadaanyer lebih kurang sama ... n masih lagi diperingkat selidik ...

takde aper yg mustahil skarang nih ..

ntah2 smua manusia dok dlm kapal angkasa .. cam cite Babylon 5 or Star Trek .. :stp: :stp:
