Aku ada pengalaman turunkan berat badan control calories intake.
Sebulan turun 9kg... 80% aku jaga  ...

ahahahaha iols faham sangat perasaan tu. perasan dah kurus bebenau walaupon baru tron 5-10kg pertama tu..

wah..nak kawen dah! please la kurus! kalau kawen ni bukan isu baju muat ke x..isu nak amek gambar tu yg penting. memory will last u know!!!

I xde la gemok..tp my sis dulu die gmok skrg dh kurus giloss..
Dr segi mknn.. eat healthy.. jgn terlalu strict smpai mkn nasi pn kira butir.. yg penting.. u sederhana..supaya diet u thn lama..kalo berlapar sgt.. u x thn
.jd mcm rebound effect u akan nk mkn byk2.. tips nya.. krgkn nasik.. bykkan protein.. sayo lgik la byk..like half a plate. Makan buah sebelum your big meal. Jgm minum air sejam lps mkn.kalo x thn..minum sikit je. Krgkn mknn bergoreng. Boleh..but occasionally.. lg bgus kalo mknn bakar or saute or rebus je.mknn manis2..boleh..tp sekadar yg perlu.. mcm i ckp jgn terlalu hard on urself.. nnt u x thn u nk mkn lg2 byk.
next tip.. kunyah 40x.. sunnah rasul ni.. insyaAllah ur waist kcik nnt.. hehe..
beli apple cidee vinegar.. larutkan about 2 tsp in a big jug or a big cup of water.. good for weight loss too.

Exercise.. ad dua jenis. Strength training and cardio. U boleh search kat tenet.
Dua2 penting..kene buat..baru bdn u tone and hot gitu... haha..
cardio ni senaman yg buat jantung tu laju n peloh.. mcm berlari.. berbasikal

Manakala strength training ni utk kuatkan otot2 u.. u boleh try dumbbells.. or gym ball yg besar tu.. seronok tau..

Penah dgr interval training?? Its a good way to burn fat too. U search kat tenet.. byk celebrity fitness guru.. u try la beli video2 dorg.. subscribe

Buy a new sport shoes. Sure u lg excited to start his journey.. hehe..pick a role model.. x kesah la sapa.. so that u ad motivation..
Jgn stick tl one routine.. nnt u bosan.bila bosan jd xmao dh nak senam2.. variety is important!
Set a goal.contoh lose 2 kg per month..or per week. And never give up..ok ..i rs ckup la bfo i start bebel lebeh..haha

memang proven. few members pun experience gitu. bila turun slowly, bila naik pun, akan turun balik, sebab body dah biasa ngan berat dulu.

dan kalau boleh, jgn mkn malam
nak makan tu boleh, tp jgn la makan nasik malam2
roti canai ke, yg berat2 tuuu
oat is ok

aku ni pun lebih kurang ko je
alhamdulillah..dah bawah 85kg berat aku
aku buat brisk walk keliling u tmpt keje aku ni
cuma laa ni ujan petang..so x dpt la nk buat

ingat petua ni
bekpes like a king
lunch like a prince
dinner like a beggar

Tak payah beli basikal mahal2..ko beli dumbell lagi banyak pekdah..first, ko kena tau kalori intake..kurangkan potion tp jgn la skip nasik terus..camne nak eksesais klu takde tenagaamik nasik separuh instead of 1 pinggan penuh..pastikan ko snacking yg sihat around 4pm-5pm..makan low fat yogurt ke, 1 slice of honey dew ke, apple sebijik ke..jgn ko bantai karipap, roti canai plak..Next, tingkatkan metabolism rate..ni melalui senaman kardio..plg best swimming or jogging..main badminton pun ok coz byk berlari nk kejar bola..peluh byk gak tu..tak pun, ko google kat youtube..berlambak vids pasal kardio..pilih yg light2 dulu then baru yg advance..

My fav instructors of coz Jillian Michaels and Kelsey Lee..Jillian's 30 Day Shred workout really works on me. Yang Kelsey Lee tu pun best especially utk beginners..workout step dia very simple tp peluhhhh..tp kena istiqamah la..xde gak nk buat hari2..rilek2 dulu..mula2 2 kali seminggu time weekends, pastu naik 3 kali seminggu..sampai ko rasa dah ada stamina dan disiplin nak workout hari2..all the best!!

Lagi satu, amalkan makan 2 sudu madu asli setiap pagi dan malam..guna sudu kayu or plastik time nk cedok madu tu..jgn guna sudu besi..kang hilang khasiat..madu ni pun insyaalah bagi kita more stamina nk workout

Err..pandai aku nasihat org..aku pun 4 hari dah skip workout ni..

baru seminggu start brekfast dgn wholemeal bread + oat, dah hari ke 8 aku rindu kt nasi goreng balik.... mcm mana nak buat.......


Berat elok je turun 30kg pas bersalin, pas masuk opis balik berat naik mencanak2 gara2 mkan dgn kwn2... skrg laki dah bising2 suruh kurus balik... sadis.......

makan je 6 hari oat hari ke 7 nasi grg..tapi 6 hari tu kena jaga makan lunch n dinner n break time gak..hari ke 7 blh makan pape tapi jgn mcm balas dendam sgt seolah tiada hari esok..pilih makanan yg peberet je..next week hari ke 7 makan bende lain plak

perkara biasa org stat diet craving bende2 yg kita biasa makan sbb dah perut dh ari2 makan camtu kan.tetiba healthy je..thats why ada cheat day..sehari makan bende craving x salah TAPI 6 hari tu kena all out betul2 jaga..cuma org selalu terbabas cheat day pulun makan mcm org kebulur..sbb esok nya kena diet balik kan aku dulu 2 bulan pertama diet x de cheat day pn sbb aku tau kalau aku wat cheat day mesti mcm org kebulur..ikot kemampuan masing2..kalau boleh..wat je cheatday

kalu minum kopi time lunch tu kira kene cut jugak ke kakak @tiramisuu? iolss sanggatt sukaa kopi sampai masa mengandung pun bantai kopi walaupun doktor asik duk suggest ..tinggalkannn ... tinggalkannn....

kopi apa tu? kopi 3 in 1? kopi o ais? kopi susu? kopi starbucks?mcm2 jenis kopi ni

kalau addicted, minum kopi yg x letak susu/creamer..yg gula je..cuba reduce kan gula tu sikit2..yg bagus guna gula stevia..tapi seyes aku x rasa sedap 3 in 1 x elok sbb high sugar..sila guna serbuk..susu pekat tau2 je la x bagus..kopi starbucks tu mcm makan lunch dua kali tau amount dia..so sila abaikan

yg bagus nya org diet ni boleh je minum ais..so boleh la kopi o letak ais
