...kalau ovaries dibuang sebelum kita putus haid...then u will have menopausal symptoms...hot flashes...vaginal dryness...mood swings...osteoporosis...among other things la...but...your risk of getting breast cancer can be slightly lower if u have your ovaries removed...cause once ovaries are removed...u wont be producing the female hormones anymore...in breast cancer...the cancer cells needs to feed on these hormones to grow...

ya.. bab2 ni mmg menakutkan jgn memain kadang2 dah betul2 jaga kesihatan pun kalo ditakdirkan sakit gitu gini takleh nk wat apa lah ..
terima dgn redho dan usaha lah utk kembali sihat
harap gitulahhh.. maklumlah dengan suami ni kita cuma mampu berpegang pd kata2 dan janji dia je
yg kita harap dia pun akan tetap pd kata2 dia
namun kita pun sedar takdir tak ditangan kita
bila kita kawen terutama bg wanita islam kita patut kena bersedia dr mental n fizikal bhawa suami bkn milik mutlak kita
apa2 yg akn terjadi sama ade skrg atau 20 tahun akn dtg kita harus bersedia menerimanya.. kalo blh mmglah takmahu kan.. tp apalah daya upaya yg ade lebih2 lg kalo kekurangan kita itu dijadikan alasan kelak. |

Suchi, aku paham apa perasaan ko, sbb aku pun pernah berada di tempat yg sama..
Org luar mmg ad ...
huhu ni pun tercerita kt sini je tu pun tadelah bgtau lebih detail
hnya pemili terdekat je yg tau tu pun dorang tau sikit2 je
tak cite detail pun
kalo tak xnk gak bgtau dorang tp somi yg nk bgtau tu pun bila iols dah nk operet bagai.
tak semua org bila diduga sama ada jatuh sakit ke apa nk share ngn semua org
tau jelah hati manusia ni, depan tunjuk rasa simpati tp kt belakang kita Allah saja yg tau
itu blm lg yg akn nilai kita bkn2..
persoalkn apa yg kita buat smp blh kena sakit itu ini..
sedangkn dorang lupa ttg qada n qadar Allah.

Thanks dear ... for the explanation .... im thinking of removing them .... selepas hampir 50 tahun mereka berjasa baik kepada i ..... akan discuss dengan my gynae bila jumpa dia next week ..... ada beberapa kawan i dah removed theirs ....
memang takut sangat ... semalam je .. dapat tahu one of my friend .... MD .. ada breast cancer ... yang asalnya mamogram tak dapat detect .. bila scan dengan ultra sound nampak small tumor ~1.6cm .... bila masa operation utk removed that tumor .. docs found out yang tumor tu sebenarnya sebesar penumbuk dan the mass dah melekat kat tulang dada ..... bial buat CT scan ... rupanya dah metastesis ke tulang ..... terus chemo .... so .... ini semua buat i sangat2 bimbang ..
dear all lady forumers ... please buat routine check-up ....

Oh, mula mula, aku pun tak bgtau sapa2; only close frens, dlm dua tiga jek..
Tp bile second time..aku share dgn few more frens, tp masih tak war war sgt..
Point aku,, tak semestinya kena bgtau sume org..aku just share dgn suami, family sendiri, n mak mertua, sedara sepupu sepapat, tau gitu gitu jek..yela, mcm ko kata la, susah nak share sume ini..
Tp, suchi lambat laun nanti..mungkin ko akan lagi kuat n tabah..jgn down sgt ya..:-) |

...if u are already menopaused...or above 45 and have completed family...then i would suggest that u have them removed...together with your cervix...uterus and fallopian tube...a procedure known as total hysterectomy and bilateral salphingo-oopherectomy (THBSO)...this will eliminate your risk of getting cervical...ovarian...fallopian tube and uterine cancer...and reduces your risk of getting breast cancer...
...with modern technology...u can have this procedure done laparoscopically...minimal pain and if no complications...2 days after surgery dah bley balik....
...remember to do breast self examination regularly every month...learn the proper technique of breast examination...early detection and treatment can have better prognosis outcome...
...for married women...or single but sexually active...go for regular pap smear...cervical cancer if detected very early can have good curative rate...

nee nak tanya...apa betul ke kalau dah nak buang semua alat alat pompuan yang disebut itu, mesti nak kena sign satu important form selain form form procedure yang lain?
Yakni form beri izin somi kawen lagi satu?

...anyway...have a good discussion with your gynae and your hubby...weigh all the pros and cons of having or not having the surgery...
...make sure that whatever u decide...it will be in your best interest...ok?...
