tp sy ada terbaca komen eloysh kot dia buat donut cikgu suria pun berminyak gak.....

sy cuma nak tau kot2 cara sy goreng salah kot tp tak tau salah kat mana.....resepi cikgu suria senang sgt pastu bahan2 pun simple tu syok buat tu

kak hannan buat jadi berminyak tak??mcm mana kak goreng donut tu?

rimbun just nak tau "confectioners' sugar" nii camna?n kat mana nak cari eks? or guna icing sugar bole tak?   pastu all purpose flour tuu bole tak guna superfine flour? satu lagi... sugar coating tuuu di curah atas donut or camna eks? tgk gambor cikKiah tuu lawo bebenor.....
sorry yerr, banyok bebenor soklan nyer eks

Pinky, semlm saya try buat donut suria, saya guna marjern sapu olive grove tu (contain 21.5% olive oil). Ni gara2 butter dah abis...
Pastu saya peramkan x lama, agak2 dia dah naik saya terus goreng. The result, donut tu kurang berminyak..
Saya rasa sblm ni berminyak maybe sbb guna butter kot dan peram terlalu lama mcm yg salah seorang forumer kat sini ckp (sorry sangat2 sbb x ingat siapa)
Rasanya kene ikut betul2 the recipe, guna shortening which is lemak sayuran...

Just pandangan saya je la....

rasanya betul..sebab hari tu akak buat guna butter dan peram agak lama...bila goreng ia makan minyak...
so akak guna margerin 2 sudu dan shortening 1 sudu...
peram pun dalam 10-15 minit je rasanya...lepas tu..
terap(akak sebenarnya buat bulat2dan lubangkan dengan jari je)....
dalam 5 minit lepas tu goreng...apinya sederhana...
kalau kecik sangat pun boleh berminyak jugak...

sori cikgu suria hannan ubah sikit...ikut tekak hannan..:pmuka:

maisya selalu buat guna marjerin sahaja pun ok je resepi donut suria ni. Maisya tak peram pun.. bila dah habis bentukkan semua, terus panaskan kuali dan goreng dengan api yg kecil ...goreng donut yg mula-mula sekali dibentuk sebab yg tu kira secara tak langsung dah naik adunannya.

sy rasa berminyak sbb sy peram kot....tiap kali buat sy peram dekat 1/2 jam....hehe
memula buat guna shortening, pastu guna butter plak pun berminyak gak....mesti kes terlebih peram ni.....apapun :tq: ya....nanti nak try lagi

Yup.. confectioner's sugar tu Icing sugar.. or in some places it's called powder sugar.

Kita penah 'konon'nya nk try buat sendiri pakai gula caster and coffee grinder..tp tak jadik..so yup, bleh jer guna icing sugar!

btw, pasal tepung tu i would recommend pakai cake flour..sbb nk kasi donut tu lembut. Dough nya mmg lembik sket. Kita slalu bahagi siap2, then bagi naik one time pastuh terus bentuk. Then biar dlm 30mins then goreng. Betul gak ckp org, kalu biar lama sgt nanti donutnya serap minyak bila goreng. And goreng donut api takleh besar sgt, and takleh kecik sgt.

kita celup donut tu face down dlm bowl. buat icingnya dlm bowl besar sket from size donut nya. Pastuh donut yg dah goreng and disejukkan sket, dicelup separuh then letak atas cookie cooler. takpun bleh je letak atas pinggan sbb letak atas cake cooler or cookie cooler sbb nk kasik topping nye drip ke bwh. kalu tak nanti bawah donut nya jadik lembik.

tapi teknik guna icing sugar belum pandai...kena try lagi nih.. terima kasih!!

Hari Sabtu lepas KTop buat Donut Suria inti sardin.Bawak gi kelas ngaji.Makcik tuanrumah siap tanya camne buat dan mintak resepi.Tapi memang sedap...lembut sangat & gebus giler.Nanti nak buat lagi antar rumah mak & adek plak...he...he...

yang nih plak kita try buat donut suria minggu lepas...alhamdulillah menjadi...dua-dua resepi donut nih mmg sedap!! cuma donur suria tak leh simpan dlm fridge...sbb dia jadi keras bila 2nd goreng tuh... apap2 pun mmg sedap...OISHIII!!

waaahhhhhhhh....lawa sgt dah tu n3!! bab icing tu mmg susah sket. sbb cair sgt pon takleh pekat sgt pon takleh. tp camtu dah elok la tu..kalu nk bleh jer dip dua kali..so that topping dia tebal sket..itu pon kalu tahan gula nye la

lagi satu, lepas kita dah buat arituh, i noticed yg icing sugar ni kdg2 tak bape fined. so kita cadangkan kalu rajin before guna, blend sket icing sugarnya and bila nk buat sugar glaze tu, make sure sift dulu sugar tu baru gaul ngan melted butter nya..

cik kiah, yang kecik2 nya measurement tu bule tak tukarkan jadik teaspoon ker..
sebb kat jepun mmg ada digital yang measure 1 - 2 grams...
bule tak convert jadik cup n spoon?

dah try donut suria..
mmg lembut dan sedap..
tapi gula susah nak lekat..
n rupa kat luar dia cam 'oldfashion donut'..keras..
cam kurang minyak..
malu nak amik gambar..sebb rupa tak cantik..lain kali la..
persoalannya..kenapa tak berminyak?
